I recently sold my house to a buyer who used this company. The title company failed to use the funds from my purchase to pay the mortgage from my house off....leaving me responsible to pay an additional 1 months mortgage on a house I no longer legally owned!!! I had to jump through hoops to try and get my money back (which, by the way, I still haven't received. Of course they are pointing the finger at anyone and everyone to try and avoid blame). On top of this, they never requested a commission statement from my realtor and therefore undercharging me at closing, forcing me to come up with yet another several thousand dollars over 2.5 weeks after we've closed on the property, and forcing her to involve an attorney to figure out what we could do. Who does your paperwork? A monkey? Do you do business from a hole in the wall? Or do you just not care about the level of incompetence you've consistently shown throughout this entire process?
