I have worked with Iryna for the past 5 years. She has filed amendments for my taxes and also filed my business taxes. I own a restaurant and had a small pop up shop. I trusted that she would advise me and provide service with my needs for irs and state filing. Every quarter with sales tax she has different people working for her that are not up to date on my needs as a loyal client. This past filing her employee used the wrong account to file our sales tax. This resulted in us having close to $15,000 in funds deducted from the wrong account. My husband provided the correct information well in advance. After voicing my extreme frustration with her office for their absurd oversight Iryna personally called me to say I was out of line and she would no longer represent us as clients. DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR BUSINESS. Her customer service is pathetic. She does not value her clients or have the bandwidth to operate in the high paced New York atmosphere. read more
