If you're looking for a genuinely good bakery in the triangle area, look no further!…read more Boulted has everything you want. Freshly milled flour. Delicious bread packed with deep, complex flavors. Revolving selections of pastries. And a beautiful space. Come here you won't regret it!

I first encountered Boulted Bakery at a morning meeting, when a colleague generously brought in a…read morebox of croissants and other baked goods. They were good enough that I decided I needed to visit the bakery myself. The shop did not disappoint. I ordered a decaf Americano and took my time looking around. For the road, I picked up a half loaf sesame pan, butter, and goat cheese--a simple combination, but one that seemed like the perfect way to appreciate the quality of the baking. What struck me most is the attention to ingredients and technique. Boulted mills its own flour, works with organic and heirloom grains, and relies heavily on natural fermentation. The breads are baked with a beautifully dark, deeply caramelized crust that delivers considerably more flavor than the pale, overly uniform loaves found at many bakeries. Something is reassuring about a bakery that doesn't try to overcomplicate things. Great flour, careful fermentation, skilled hands, and a hot oven. The results speak for themselves. I was impressed by Boulted Bakery. The quality is top shelf, and the pastries that first introduced me to the place were no fluke. This is clearly a serious bakery, and well worth a visit.

It was a nice place to hang while waiting for the doors to open. I enjoyed a coconut iced matcha latte. The cafe space was comfortable. I enjoyed the swing music and the customer service was great. It took some time to find parking as the surrounding parking lots were full, but I found street parking around the corner. The ambiance is warm and cozy. Brew and the Cary Theater share common space, so you can enter from either entrance. The service is awesome, I was waited on right away and the barista was helpful with suggestions. I ordered a cookie butter latte and an oatmeal raisin cookie w/ walnuts. Both were absolutely delicious, a great combo. When I finished my latte, I dipped my cookie in the cup to get the last of the foam...so good. The baked goods are from Ninth Street Bakery in Durham. How amazing local supporting local. I sat at the bar area. I loved that there were hooks underneath for your belongings, you don't see that everywhere. They have the high top areas, along with a few tables and chairs. I'm so glad I was able to finally experience Brew, looking forward to going back.

We just left this coffee shop, maybe 10 minutes ago and I had to leave a review ASAP…read more First, the aesthetic is so calming. Music not too loud, vibes were so chill. The barista was a vibe because we love a casual chat. Mind you, this is our first time coming here. I ordered the Stacy and he ordered Life's A Peach. We also ordered food, 2 different breakfast sandwiches and from the first bite, you know what I immediately tasted? SEASONING. Let me preface this by we bop around to so many different shops to try food and coffee and this exceeded our expectations. Whoever made the sandwiches seasoned these eggs to perfection and please know that we appreciate it so much. Like foreal. 5 stars. Vibes. Food. Delicious. Seasoned. Round of applause! We will be back!

I got an iced oat milk latte with housemade almond syrup. The quality of the coffee was great with just a slight hint of almond. Some of their syrups are made in house and others are not, so be sure the look at the menu. The Raleigh Coffee Passport brought me here, so I was able to use the discount. However the latte was over $7 full price which was a little steep for the size - but again the quality and taste were great
