The lady at the desk was super helpful and informative, and let me know that instead of buying a new tire, it could possibly be repaired for cheaper. She insisted I come on down and see if my tire was repairable, even though I wouldn't get there until 5 o'clock. They stayed open a half hour late to get me all set up, and thoroughly answered all my questions. Extremely affordable prices and quality service. They even let me hang around and ask annoying questions and watch how they were patching my tire, as I love to learn new things given the opportunity. The mechanic and the desk staff were SUPER friendly, kind, good people. I'm visiting from 1000 miles away and I was so relieved to encounter such benevolent, genuinely helpful, happy people after being stuck in the pouring rain for an hour. Will not hesitate to visit them again next time my car needs anything. I appreciate the honest work, and being informed of cheaper alternatives that I was unaware of, which is so rare in this day and age.
