We had a great run, like, a yr of great brows before the last time when I left with 90's thin brows. I finally tried nails (some time ago) just a fill in and a gel pedi. I brought my daughters for mani pedis too. My nails came out ok, but both of my daughters were dissatisfied. Which really sucked because it was a part of a birthday present for one and Christmas present for the other. The manis (gel) chipped within two days. Fast forward to 1/2025...I have a flight to catch the next day and no time to get to my fav salon (in South Pointe Mall) so, I pray and land back at NFU (it's close to my house). I knew I'd regret it and regret I did. I went to get my acrylics soaked off and a gel manicure applied. It's was a bit late so I called to see it'll they had room. I was told to come in 30 mins. I arrived a few mins early but had to wait about 25 mins because once I signed in, no one was alerted to take care of me. It's 30 mins to close, and from experiance I know that, nail techs will offer rush the work, esp if you're not a reg. Look at the pictures. My nails were long, the acrylics were painfully removed with another nail, causing them to be paper thin and rip. The file job is shotty as both thumbs are crooked the paint is bulky, and messily applied. This is day two and I already have a chip. I have neighbors that swear by this place which is why I attempted so many times. But, this is it for me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I love this place…read more After a year of coming here I have had my nails done by many of the different nail techs and each time I have been impressed by how much they seem to care about the job they are doing. With that said, there are varying levels of skill at this salon. Just like you would find at any salon. You can pick a specific nail tech of your choosing if you prefer. Cynthia, the owner, is wonderful. It's not easy to run this sort of business but she does a great job and genuinely cares about the customers and her employees. You can tell by the regular laughter floating around the place. I will keep coming to this local salon for a long time to come.

He asks can I wait because there are three other people ahead of me, I said no I really couldn't and that's why I made an appointment. Very, very disappointing experience. Why let me check in for my appointment but then don't service me? Why was another woman with an appointment serviced before me? Why was there no real solution offered except wait for an undisclosed amount of time? I thought people were friendlier down south but clearly the businesses are not. 0/10.

The lady I got my pedicure with was WONDERFUL (her name is Karen), and she took her time with my pedicure and the recommendations. When I came back for my manicure though, the young lady who did my nails did kind of rush me through my service and my gel manicure started to chip within two days. I called in and asked for a repair and Ms Karen serviced me upon returning and it's been almost a week and my manicure still looks fresh! I'm so happy with my results. They are able to work with design ideas that you come with but also offer suggestions when needed. It is a relaxing experience and has been very healthy for my nails. They offer builder gel, gel x, gel, acrylic, dip powder and more! I am excited to try the cat eye and chrome designs that they offer in the future. I will say, that it is a steep price but I do think that the service and fun vibe they offer is worth that.

The Caucasian women getting serviced in the nail salon were also rude and giving me death stares the whole time. I went to get my nails done two days ago. First and foremost went I entered the nail salon it was empty and there was only one other customer getting serviced. When I tell you no one greeted me and one worker asked "what do you need" I told her I had wanted a full set and a pedicure. But let me get to the real tea for yall I walked out this place and paid $127 for some Bull$*** these women scammed me. First off I got the deluxe pedicure w/ gel which started at $45 but with gel I completely understood that the price may have varied. My pedicure service was supposed to come with partition wax and a foot scrub to remove dead skin off of my feet and none of that happened. I then proceeded to inform the employee at the time that I had wanted all parts of my service to be complete and her response was that I would have to order products such as a foot mask from amazon to get the dead skin off of my feet. Which she was supposed to do because it came with my service . After that she proceeded to do my pedicure but didn't offer me any flip flops to walk out of the nail salon with for my feet. These women were really careless she also cut too deep into my cuticles on both feet which resulted in two of my toes bleeding. Now let's get on my nails THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
