I walked in and let them know about my appointment, I saw them check their book and confirm I was on there. She then told me to check in on the kiosk and pick my color. I followed the woman to a pedicure chair where she informed me that I shouldn't sit there and it was for someone else. About two minutes later, a woman walks in and thanks her for squeezing in an appointment. Wow. She tells me to go speak to the manager. He asks can I wait because there are three other people ahead of me, I said no I really couldn't and that's why I made an appointment. Very, very disappointing experience. Why let me check in for my appointment but then don't service me? Why was another woman with an appointment serviced before me? Why was there no real solution offered except wait for an undisclosed amount of time? I thought people were friendlier down south but clearly the businesses are not. 0/10.

When I came back for my manicure though, the young lady who did my nails did kind of rush me through my service and my gel manicure started to chip within two days. I called in and asked for a repair and Ms Karen serviced me upon returning and it's been almost a week and my manicure still looks fresh! I'm so happy with my results. They still had plenty of time before closing, yet chose to move on to another pedicure instead. Very unprofessional and disappointing treatment for a returning customer. I must add that they gave me a cute flower on my birthday thus three stars, but I likely won't be back. Next day update: I got a call from the manager of the store apologizing for the inconvenience which I genuinely think was very thoughtful of her to review the security in the name of customer service.
