Tasteful decorations - maximizing the space. Clean - neat environment- Ivy did a fabulous job for my manicure - loved the base color application first - then the top glitter polish - she was quick which I like but made my nails look fantastic! Lee that did my pedicure was equally efficient- maximizing time & service - I loved the hot water soak ahead of the treatments chosen - scrubs - hot towels to my legs - paraffin to my feet- wonderful customer service!

They assured me that they both were 21, but gave me the wrong birth year for a 21 yr old. My large tie on my left foot was bleeding because he cut my cuticles way to low. He sprayed something on my toe and put cotton balls on it to stop the bleeding. It has been over a week and my toe is still hurting. I am a diabetic. The owner acted like she did not understand English when I told her I was bleeding. She told me it would be an additional $20 for gel polish on my toes. I told her that was too much. I told her there should be a discount because I was injured. She offered a $5 discount. I just got regular polish. The finger nails were horrible. He put the acrylic so thin that you could see where he removed the old acrylic. Two days later the acrylic broke on 2 fingers. I returned. The owner repaired my rwi nails applying the correct thickness of the acrylic. I told her that the difference in application was so noticeable. She said it's because my nails were old and that is why the nail separated from the gel. Ummm ma'am these are my real nails, not tips. I asked if she could change the polish from cotton candy to white to cover up the imperfect s, she said sure, there will be a charge for polish change. I got up and walked out.

I don't love the pedicures as much, but if you want to get your nails done and have ideas for designs, MVP Nail Spa is your place! Ana is nice and personable and always super helpful. I literally drive 40 minutes from my house to see her, that's how worth it she is!

Sat in chair #4, which was clean and uncrowded and waited for tech and water. Attempted to turn on the massage service in the chair but could not get it to work. Was able to adjust distance from foot pedestal to chair but could not get massage options to work. 3 Nail tech entered the room from a back room, also did not greet me, but did continue to have a conversation with whom ever was on her cell phone talking to her on speaker mode. I asked her, as she was filling the bowl with water, if the remote and massage options worked, she just nodded. I continued to push buttons on the controller to attempt to turn it on and used all of my reserve to remain calm when I had to interrupt her conversation to ask if there was something wrong with the remote. She did not answer, she just stood and maneuvered herself behind my chair to adjust some connections back there and the chair immediately responded to her adjustment and the remote lit up for me to use the options. 4. Nail tech continued throughout my ENTIRE deluxe pedicure to carry one her conversation- entirely in Spanish- to her friend on speaker mode. Only acknowledging me to point to the bowl when she wanted me to lower the current foot into the bowl or to tap the pedestal for me to lift my foot from the bowl to the pedestal. And if I wasn't paying attention to her, she would emphasize to lift or move my foot. 5. This is two times I've been here now: my first time, and my last time. But apparently, this is how customers are frequently treated in general in Oxford. I'm not expecting 5 star service, but I am expecting at least a greeting, an acknowledgement that I'm a PAYING customer who's business is appreciated ($47 for a deluxe pedicure), and not being treated in such a way that I'm left feeling like I'm not able to relax because I have to watch for cues from my tech or else be made to feel like I'm an imposition to her workflow.
