The inspector found several items that needed to be fixed, and Lucas agreed, commented about how good of an inspection it was, and promptly fixed the issues. We were satisfied. Now several months later I asked for an estimate on having gutters replaced. I provided the tenants information and we scheduled the estimate. Lucas never showed up, never called, and now I've called and text him 8+ times without a call back. The thing I like about Mossbusters is they don't just knock off the big pieces of moss from your…read moreroof and apply the moss inhibitor powder like the rest but they actually take care of 99% of the moss. When they finished the job, I could see only very tiny moss on my roof, but it was very very small. That's what sold me on them. You get immediate results after the cleaning rather than having to wait on the moss inhibitor powder from kicking months down the road. Having said that their prices were in line with 3 of 4 quotes I had gotten and I was able to call someone on the phone and ask several questions that they did a great job answering. The only issue I had was that they had to come back to my house two more times to get the job done right. The first time they had a miscommunication with my gutters that was stated in my quote but wasn't done, so they came back and did it. I managed to catch them where they weren't that far away. The second time, was because I requested it because they missed washing a gutter and the ends of my gutter on my dormer were not quite clean. I took pics and sent it to them for proof. They did call me back the next day and apologized and had someone come over in the afternoon to clean the missed gutters and double check all gutters. They did clean all the debris quite well, in fact it looked better than when they started. I really appreciated that. Roof looks great, gutters look great and I'm satisfied, however I was told I would get before and after pics and it's been a few days so far and I have not gotten any pics. I would use them again but definitely recommend double checking their work to make sure nothing was missed.

The builder on my house put in plastic vents to save money I guess and their roofer did a poor job…read morenailing incorrectly. To prevent problems others have had I had the vents replaced by Cooper Mountain. I called for an inspection and they promptly showed up and took pictures to show me the imminent failure. While it took a few days for the quote, it was a fair bit less than what others in my neighborhood have paid for the same repairs. We got on the schedule and they came out and fixed us up quickly. The builder also put in a vent with no connection to anything. The repairman showed me and went into the attic space to confirm that nothing was amiss. This is the second time I've used Cooper Mountain (roof replacement on prior residence) and I would totally recommend and use again when the time comes.

When I wanted to add ventilation to my roof, every other roofing company simply wanted to sell me a new roof, which I didn't need. Casey worked with me to create a custom solution that involved ridge venting and bird blocks to create the airflow needed on my duplex, without having to replace the roof. Once we agreed on a design, the install was done in 2 days, which is mind blowing considering there was over 100 feet of ridge vent and about 36 bird block vents. Casey came back to the property after the install to check the work which I greatly appreciate and I feel really shows the professionalism of this company. I will only be using Cooper Mountain for any roofing needs.
