The staff at the company, from estimation of damage services (Matt) to project managment (Danny and Meghan) was excellent. Each stage was explained, questions answered, options laid out, and actions scheduled. Company representatives negotiated well with my insurance company. And the "back office' staff were most heklpful in setting up payment services. Although (as so often with reconstruction) more problems due to leakage were discovered as the project progressed, leading to a longer project time than expected, I always felt I was in good hands. No detail was too small to be addressed, and "doing the job right" was al ways a high priority. My kitchen has been more than restored: it has been improved, and the results are beautiful. Since this is a rental house and we go through a property management company, we were not able to set foot on property while they were working. They tilted the fence back up in the one section that it was falling over, and other than that they did nothing. They left a big pile of trash for us to remove, and not to mention, THE GATE OF THE FENCE WONT EVEN SHUT NOW! I am so floored by the fact that we paid over $3000 to have two sections of a fence fixed, and because of the poor repair job, the fence now doesn't even shut. I really don't like giving small businesses poor ratings, but this was one of the worst jobs I have seen. ProFleet, you need to take better care of your customers.

Their negligence almost cost my family our lives. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB and the Better Business Bureau as well as the Oregon State Minor Label BCD. second update: pro plumb installed plastic concentric venting on a unit that requires metal concentric venting. They also cut the venting improperly. This is what caused the carbon monoxide. I had to have a second company come and completely redo their install, venting, gas lines, and replace the damaged unit which they installed. They still have not refunded me and continue to make up lies about me. ** installed a damaged unit, put my family at risk of carbon monoxide, left me without hot water for over a week ** They installed a rinnai tankless water heater less than six months ago. I repeatedly smelled gas and carbon monoxide and had issues with the water heater not putting out heat properly, and now it has started shaking violently. They said to call northwest natural. Northwest natural red tagged the unit for carbon monoxide leakage. 5 days later, Pro plumb came out to look at the unit, I was advised by pro plumb and by rinnai to contact a rinnai certified plumber to inspect the device. Jennifer told me the warranty would be long and that I would not have hot water, and that if i purchase another unit that they would install it for free. By now I have not had hot water for 6 days. The rinnai certified installer said that the gas line pro plumb was 1/2" instead of the required 3/4", the exhaust on the unit did not have an exhaust port, it only had an elbow which was causing carbon monoxide to enter the house. He also noticed that it was damaged and didn't look like a new unit. By now I have not had hot water for 8 days. When I contacted Jennifer at pro plumb she said the other plumber was just badmouthing them, and is very upset and angry with me that I would insinuate that there is a problem with their install, and insisted there was no damage on the hot water heater. When I asked her how the unit would be damaged on the rear of the unit facing the wall, she said she did not want to argue with me. She eventually hung up on me. I don't know when I will get hot water again, or when Pro Plumb will come out to fix the install.

By far the worst contractor experience I've ever had. I hired them in late September of 2022 for…read moresome very basic landscaping. They promised it'd be done in one to two months. (Which at the time should have been a warning, since the work I requested should have taken a week or less.) It is now mid-February of 2023 and the work still isn't done! They've left a wheelbarrow, weed whacker, and a pile of garbage bags full of yard debris sitting in my yard since November. I haven't heard from them since December. Of the incomplete work that they have done: - I had a grass and dirt driveway that I asked to be replace with sod, with mulch on the edges. Pretty standard yard, right? Instead, they put one color of mulch on the edge and filled the rest of the yard/driveway with a different color of mulch! And they did nothing to kill or cover the grass underneath, so now the mulch is full of grass and weeds. - I had two front yard patches with some lovely flowers, where I wanted the weeds pulled and some decorative rocks and plants added. I paid for those rocks in September and despite multiple promises that they were being delivered on a certain day, they have never arrived. Instead of only pulling the weeds, the help that they hired pull most of the nice plants out, including roses, but did nothing to kill the deep-rooted weeds that needed removing. So what had been my flower patches are now mostly bare dirt and weeds. So now I'm out thousands of dollars and my yard looks embarrassingly worse than if I'd never hired them at all. As a first-time homeowner who hadn't yet had a bad contractor experience, I'll chalk this up to an expensive lesson learned. From now on, I'll make sure to get everything in writing and never pay for work until it's actually done.

We called USA Water Restoration and Elijah's team took over. They were there starting to dry out the "dirty water" and put everything in motion to get our insurance involved. They guided us with perfection as we were able to navigate that crazy process with almost no hiccups. So many of my friends have had multiple insurance problems in these circumstances. Besides addressing this issue with the guys who did the initial staining, he had another team come out to finish the job. The level of professionalism and quality of work was great. Considering the difference in my interaction from the first team that did the work to working with Jason, one of his managers, and the second team that completed the work, I can see it was the specific team and not the whole business. I appreciated that they care enough about their customers to fix things as soon as the issue is brought to their attention. Jason went above and beyond to make things right.

Mike quickly discovered that my entire deck also needed to be replaced as the two main supports holding it up were put directly into the ground and were rotting. In addition the deck was insufficiently attached to the house, so it was dangerous. They were both very helpful answering my questions, hard working, and cleaned up the area next to my house every night!!
