He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. From the first communication, Eduardo was clear about how his teams worked, the costs and more. The two team members assigned to clean the house showed up on time and were very thorough. They were friendly and deliberate with each aspect of cleaning a room before moving on to the next. They wore masks the entire time and kept socially distant. Even more, they were incredibly considerate of me being in a wheelchair, leaving plenty of space for me to navigate from one area of the ground floor to another as needed. Starting with the sales person, Joe, he thoroughly explained what they would do for me. He was knowledgeable and personable. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. The bid was higher than the others but after researching (ACAE) and speaking with Joe, I was convinced they were the company for me. In this case, you really get what you pay for. I was introduced to Josh, the Project Manager. Once again, very knowledgeable and personable. Very easy to work with and communicated with me on a daily basis. When problems cropped up, he was always there to offer suggestions on how to proceed. His crew, led by Nikolay with Rosty and Eugene, did amazing work. The workmanship is impeccable; the crew was very organized and professional. They always made the worksite safe and clean; leaving everything spotless when they left at the end of the day. I can't emphasize enough the quality of their work. It was just beautiful. The paint crew, led by Vladimir, once again did unbelievable work; totally transforming the appearance of an already exquisite job. Although color decisions were ultimately mine, Vladimir was always willing to offer a suggestion as to which color to use on a particular area.
