Javier not only had the best price, but he was a delight to work with. He's meticulous, and his attention to detail is extraordinary. Javier is also a great communicator who's humble. We had a challenging section in the front of our house that involved a large tree overhanging the garage. They built a ramp to the dumpster which caught all the debris, and they didn't break a single branch. His crew did a terrific job tearing out the old roof, replacing some rotted boards, and installing new Certainteed Landmark shingles. They added roof vents where we needed them, re-directed several attic vents, and even replaced our old skylight with a new one. They did a fantastic job cleaning up and we've gotten many compliments on the new roof. If you're bidding a new roof, make sure you include J. Roofing in the mix. You will love the results!

A few hiccups along the way (blasting music at 3am from their truck parked in my driveway, I stepped on on of their roofing nails (ouch!), and this oddity in the upper rain gutter where it unnecessarily slants making it look horrible. I realize gutters need to slope to drain water, but this one is extreme and looks stupid). Would I recommend these guys? Maybe. Update: Clear Vision finally sent a crew out to fix the small section of rain gutter with the unusual slant. So kudos to them for following up albeit weeks later. (BTW, I also asked for a bid to paint my house : they provided a dollar quote but didn't send anyone to talk to me about what I needs or what service they would provide. To say the least, they didn't paint my house.)

To prevent problems others have had I had the vents replaced by Cooper Mountain. I called for an inspection and they promptly showed up and took pictures to show me the imminent failure. While it took a few days for the quote, it was a fair bit less than what others in my neighborhood have paid for the same repairs. We got on the schedule and they came out and fixed us up quickly. The builder also put in a vent with no connection to anything. The repairman showed me and went into the attic space to confirm that nothing was amiss. This is the second time I've used Cooper Mountain (roof replacement on prior residence) and I would totally recommend and use again when the time comes.

When I wanted to add ventilation to my roof, every other roofing company simply wanted to sell me a new roof, which I didn't need. Casey worked with me to create a custom solution that involved ridge venting and bird blocks to create the airflow needed on my duplex, without having to replace the roof. Once we agreed on a design, the install was done in 2 days, which is mind blowing considering there was over 100 feet of ridge vent and about 36 bird block vents. Casey came back to the property after the install to check the work which I greatly appreciate and I feel really shows the professionalism of this company. I will only be using Cooper Mountain for any roofing needs.

I had a roof and exterior project with this company. Long story short, faulty roof install,…read morespecifically around the flashing of the chimney that the owner never fixed or paid for. Leaks observed in the following winter season after install that were never repaired or resolved. Even though it was under warranty in the contract. We also had issues with their exterior painting subcontractor who was very hostile towards our concerns of painting in the winter (cold temps and rain- we wanted to wait until spring. We insisted which drove him into a fit). The bigger issue was with the roof leak however and after contacting the Viktor the owner he offered to pay for the repairs (We had to hire another roofing company to come and fix, and also hire a mold mitigation company to remove mold). He never paid after over many months of notice. These problems are often resolved in legal mitigation with a contractors bonding company, however we discovered he had been recently sued by someone else for over $16k which drained their bond. Thankfully the other roofing company did a solid job of fixing the leak issues and mold mitigation company also did a perfect job removing mold so there is happy ending to the roof. However, do your homework on Washington labor and industries website https://secure.lni.wa.gov/ before hiring this company, or for any contractor for that matter. As of now their license is suspended, but yet they still advertise. Be careful out there!

We went through him for exterior paint as well, which he insisted on using Sherwin Williams for, as they are considered the best quality. In the process of having our home looked over to see what projects we could afford to do, we had an unpleasant surprise in finding out the previous home owners...who replaced the roof themselves...laid the roof shingles incorrectly and therefore we had swelling and imminent failure. I received quotes from four exterior siding companies, as well as six roofing companies. I could have gone with two separate companies but Viktor won my business for two reasons. He was competitive with the siding and roofing companies I was seriously considering and he was very communicative. He answered so many questions. We have never had major home repairs done. We both had family and friends pepper us with horror stories of companies giving them a reasonable price and then tacking on thousands in charges at the end. I probably drove him a little nutty with all my concerns before we agreed to sign the contract. Then, after we signed, we added on work we hadn't realized needed to be done as well. For one, I thought the rubber trim wood around garage doors was part of the siding. It is not. Ours was in need of replacement. Our exterior outlets were outdated and out of code, as they were original to the house...twenty-five years ago. We asked for our bathroom exhaust fans to be replaced, which were accessed via the attic and that led to finding out our master bath vent was never even hooked up...just a fan box buried in insulation. That answered why we kept having motors burn out every two to three years. There was trim replacement which was unplanned for as well. There were a couple of delays, but Viktor was always responsive and reassuring when those happened and the work was not only done but done so well I've had multiple people, in the neighborhood, comment on the quality of the final job. His employees are friendly and patient with my curious George mind...asking about every little thing, as I just never stop asking how things work. He even went above and beyond. I ordered a new sliding patio door from a door company he works with all the time and when they were not communicative, Viktor followed up with them to find out what was going on. The additional charges for the work added after contract signing was very reasonable. I am fully confident in my recommendation of Viktor and his team. They are perfectionists, professional, patient, communicative, and friendly. I am very happy I chose to give Provision Remodeling my business and would do so again.

No…read morematter what, the job that may be. . . since we've kept our previous estimates back in March, we are not ready to get our roofing done then, until we got all our priorities taken care of and we started to get new estimates plus those done in March - updated. So, it wasn't hard for us to pick one, and we're ready to hire someone, now! With that said: This is the first time that we have someone HARASSING US (desperate enough?), by phone calls ( 5 times in one day, and not leave us messages), even sending me a TEXT, after I text him back: "no thanks, we've picked someone else." I thought, that would stop all the phone calls, then, for the last time, he called me again (1 week later), and not leave a message. I called Shane (the guy on my phone who have been calling me, but his name is not Shane) and asked him: "What can I do for you?" "WHO are you really calling?" A person, or company calling excessively for more than 3 calls, is DESPERATE! A person calling & hanging up, not leaving a message is at anytime a RUDE person! That's what Telemarketers do, all the time, and this company is acting like a telemarketer & being rude, and is harassing in my book! I do not deal with a company who doesn't behave in a professional manner. (What if they're applying for a job, sent in a resume, and keeps calling the company again & again, if he got the job? Same scenario!) And the rudest part is? YOU don't ever ask: "Who did we pick?" INOYB My name is not even on his date base, and doesn't have a clue, if he had given me an estimate or got my text! SGC responded immediately and found lots of long term damage. They had all repairs done and a beautiful new roof and custom gutters installed within a week. Workers arrived when expected, worked hard, and were friendly and respectful of our property and family. They left the area around our home cleaner than when they arrived. The boss, Ismael, showed up daily to check on progress and touch base with us. He responded immediately to texts and calls. Communication was great all around. We had had three other companies visit and he stood out for his professionalism and knowledge - he was the only person who a) observed that our house was built in 1937 and b) explained its long and likely history of poor roof choices, which led to c) his plan for a new system that would help the old girl finally breathe as she was originally designed to do. We wound up putting off the project due to the pandemic, so had a lot of time to consider our options. We decided that along with Klam's quality came peace of mind, and so secured them this winter. The team came out and finished in two days; were awesome and frankly we are still shocked by how clean the site was after they left; they did a great job of clean-up! Also have to say we so appreciated Katie in the office; she is highly communicative and we had a clear idea of schedule thanks to her. PS, this alone is another plus for Klam; two of the other companies we'd looked at went totally silent after their visit and one became super pushy. Total professionals here. Which brings me to another key point - Klam was one of only two contractors (of the four we interviewed) who were honest about the condition and cost. Now, we knew going into it that we had FOUR layers of roof up there - literally decades of previous owners doing their own DYI patchwork fixes. Really interesting/disturbing to observe that two companies told us there were only two layers, and casually mentioned "more" would be charged "if" they discovered extra. Klam was the only company who said straight up, "There are four layers, and here is what it will cost." We of course opted for their clear, no surprises estimate.
