Working with Jose, you'll very quickly realize how honest he is. My home was built in 1902, so there were obviously some challenges. Jose would contact me, discuss the issue, and offer several IN CODE options. He impressed me with his knowledge of county and state codes. Again, HONESTY!! His quote was one of best I received, but I still would have chosen his company, due to the way he presents himself. I found myself at home with some health issues on some days while they worked, and to be honest, it was very amusing, and relaxing for me. I would hear the music playing, and one of his crew members would suddenly break out singing to the song that was playing. Things like that showed that they were enjoying life, just working away, and happy. I also asked Jose to quote a roof for my house. Again, he was THE ONLY guy to actually get on my roof and measure things. I could hear him stomping around, checking the integrity of the plywood. No one else even got up there. So, if you want an honest, hard working construction team, these are the guys to contact!! Jose also has some fantastic referrals for the work he doesn't do. We recently had service when they power washed water sprayed into the outdoor outlet, and it caused the circuit to short out and it blew out two outlets and caused our internet router to short out. So we have to replace the outlets and get our internet fixed, its going to take more time and money. Jim refused to be accountable and own up to his mistakes and he said it was "our fault" when in the past his men have always took great care and avoid the outlets when power washing. Unless things are restituted, we will have to go with someone else next time. Pretty sad to end a ten year business relationship with someone you trusted.

Marco and his crew came out and worked incredibly hard over two, long days and got the job done. They covered plants with tarps and cleaned everything up. There was a mistake but Erick and Marco responded quickly even though they were contacted at 5 pm on Friday afternoon (when the problem was discovered). I really appreciated that if I had a question, they both responded in a timely manner. I have worked with many contractors over the 35 years that I have owned my home and I was very impressed with this company's work and responsiveness to their clients.

Hugo replaced shingles, addressed issues in the attic and examined the rest of the roof. I appreciate that Hugo was early to the initial consultation and the work appointment. He completed our request and then some. The company name says St Joseph Roofing and Deck Repair but he can do much more than that. More recently, Hugo installed laminate flooring on our uneven floor. To minimize debris, he took the planks down our steep stairs to make each cut outside. Highly recommend.

He even found the particular deck stain that we wanted. Hugo and a helper moved some large flower pots and so forth off of the decks to be cleaned, and came back the day after they finished the staining to move them back again. His crew did a great job cleaning the deck, and even went beyond by cleaning adjacent areas that were not technically part of the deck itself. In the end they made sure that we were satisfied, and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The whole large job took only two days, and at a very fair price!
