Working with Jose, you'll very quickly realize how honest he is. My home was built in 1902, so there were obviously some challenges. Jose would contact me, discuss the issue, and offer several IN CODE options. He impressed me with his knowledge of county and state codes. Again, HONESTY!! His quote was one of best I received, but I still would have chosen his company, due to the way he presents himself. I found myself at home with some health issues on some days while they worked, and to be honest, it was very amusing, and relaxing for me. I would hear the music playing, and one of his crew members would suddenly break out singing to the song that was playing. Things like that showed that they were enjoying life, just working away, and happy. I also asked Jose to quote a roof for my house. Again, he was THE ONLY guy to actually get on my roof and measure things. I could hear him stomping around, checking the integrity of the plywood. No one else even got up there. So, if you want an honest, hard working construction team, these are the guys to contact!! Jose also has some fantastic referrals for the work he doesn't do. Javier not only had the best price, but he was a delight to work with. He's meticulous, and his attention to detail is extraordinary. Javier is also a great communicator who's humble. We had a challenging section in the front of our house that involved a large tree overhanging the garage. They built a ramp to the dumpster which caught all the debris, and they didn't break a single branch. His crew did a terrific job tearing out the old roof, replacing some rotted boards, and installing new Certainteed Landmark shingles. They added roof vents where we needed them, re-directed several attic vents, and even replaced our old skylight with a new one.
