When they came to give us an estimate, Andres crawled up in our crawl space to really get a good feel for what our insulation looked like and to see how the roof looked like from the underside. They made suggestions to us for things that should be done even if they weren't the contractor that did them. After interviewing other roofers, we decided to give Innovators our business. They added some insulation in a few places that didn't have it for a very reasonable price and did a top notch job with the air flow. Now, in the heat of the summer, the house is at least a 10 degree difference from the same heat last year. It is amazing! The roof looks beautiful! They came back to fix one little part immediately and we could not be happier! So, we have hired them for 2 other projects and been completely pleased with their work. Nelson is super easy to work with on the business side and Andres is a total perfectionist when it comes to his work. They installed a period dining room window for us and it looks stunning thanks to Andres careful attention to detail. They enjoy doing good work! We have them lined up for a couple more projects now. I was impressed with the father/son team and asked them to do a maintenance project on our home. The estimate was very high, but thinking I would get what I paid for, I hired them to do the work. We had reviewed all the areas where the gutter facia board was to be replaced and as construction progressed, I reminded Noe of an area that still needed to be completed. On the final day I was ill and not up to a detailed check of the work. The next day I found that they had not completed a specific facia section, even though we had discussed it in particular the day before. I contacted Noe several times by phone and text, and he assured me that they would get it done. After months of promises, Noe claimed they were fined by the state for some violation and could not work. After that Noe refused to respond to any type of correspondence. Noe flat out overcharged me and then refused to finish the work. I would recommend staying far away from Alpha Roofers LLC

Not only were they super easy to communicate, they were thoughtful, respectful, and very clean with when they were on the site. They made sure not to leave any trash or debris around the garage (They re-roofed the garage). They also suggested a larger downspout which will help keep the roof in good shape for longer. Speaking of, they offered a 7 year warranty on the work they did AND their estimate was competitive with the other estimates I had received. When they were up on the roof they noticed that some underlying plywood needed to be replaced so they took photos and text them to me asking if they could proceed. I like this kind of communication. I felt in the loop with everything as they worked. They were in and out in under 2 days and the work looks clean and well done. Jazmin in the office was very responsive and made payment easy online. We recently had a roof leak due to the cover of an attic vent slipping off on our roof. Had some…read moremoderate water damage to one wall in our master bedroom. Called JBC and they came out almost immediately. Mark (I think was his name) went up on the roof and took a look. He nailed the cover back in place and inspected the area around it. He said there was no other damage that he could see and that the roof looked pretty good. He also said that while JBC doesn't do sheet rock work, they could refer us to a business they contract with. We told him we'd get back to him as soon as we got our insurance settlement. JBC also gave us a quote for cleaning and sealing the roof, applying moss retardant, cleaning the gutters, etc., and we are just about ready to call and schedule a date. If we are happy with their work, we will call the in the spring to discuss having a new roof put on. Stay tuned for another review.

That first consultation was exactly what I was looking for... no pressure or pretense, but a detailed 3 option estimate which we accepted at the middle tier. The work crew was just outstanding, led by Jose; skilled, efficient, and kind from start to finish. Victor was a great communicator throughout, and payment was exactly to the initial bid. These guys work hard, with care and skill that is evident. Our property was left cleaner than when they arrived. I highly recommend JCR, and I wish them great success.
