He was able to find the issue within 10 minutes and sealed off the area in 20 min. He found there were other areas on our roof that could use some preventative care. He later supplied a reasonable quote and offered to come back the following morning. We had other options but knew we would go with him. The job was finished the next day in about an hr. Leak is gone, and roof is further reinforced. The weather this week in particular has been a cold, windy, and wet one. There was even a light dusting of snow the night before Victor came to work on our roof. We appreciated his proactiveness, and friendly demeanor in our situation. I'd recommend him to any of my neighbors who may have similar issues.

Bliss has still not returned my money for materials not used on my home, I have written proof of "Check is in the mail" from early June. Bliss offered me $2,500 in exchange for liability waiver & me to remove all reviews & complaints. I refused. Bliss employees agree the roof is subpar and not worth what I paid, yet I'm supposed to live with it. I am requesting a full refund to have roof replaced by someone reputable. These people lie in every direction - learn from my mistake. I am filing a complaint with the contractor's board- The inspector & other roofers all stated "You want the state inspector to come out! You should get all of your money back, this is less than amateur work". Friends don't let anyone they like use Bliss Roofing. All sales and no substance. BEWARE!!!!

I found a roof vent cover sitting on the side of my home. After a little recon'ing, I felt it…read moreprobably came off my neighbor's house, but wanted to be sure. One company flat out told me they couldn't help me as they only do roof replacements; another wanted to charge me ridiculous money to just come look at my roof, indicating that it would cost me additional if they needed to re-attach or replace the vent cover. Tom from JnR called me after I had provided them with my location and phone number. He gave me an estimate of when he would arrive, and arrived on time. Without hesitation, he took a look at my roof and pointed out that the cover came from my neighbor's home. He even showed me how I could see the missing vent from the sidewalk. When he was done, he told me my roof was fine and still had lots of life left. I asked him how much I owed him, and he charged me nothing! He even stuck around and talked to me about JnR, and about a project I was looking to do on my home. He was gracious and sincere. The only money that came out of my pocket was a voluntary gratuity for his time. JnR is now my go-to for any issues that should arise with my roof, thanks to the quality of their service.

I'm not sure how this company has 5 star reviews as my experience with J&J Roofing was terrible…read more February 2026, we discovered significant mold in our attic space. Our roof was brand new when we bought it (2019) and to discover ventilation issues inside our attic was a surprise no-one wants. We reached out to multiple roofing companies and we selected J&J Roofing because they promised everything the other companies offered but for about 15% less... or so they claimed. We needed to have an entire reroof which included one layer of plywood to be removed, this is the layer that had the mold. On the quote they said it would cost more IF there were two layers but it was obvious there was only one. Plus the other 4 companies that quoted us said there was only one layer. Also, they almost left the entire layer of molded plywood on. Thankfully my husband was home to catch this serious error which defeated the whole point of why we were reroofing our house in the first place. Then to add insult they tried to charge us at the end for 2 layers. We had to dispute this and they tried to make it seem like they were doing us a favor. Ironically, another roofing company that had quoted us included photos and video which proofed we only had one layer. The quote presented was DECEIVING as when we got the actual bill (after the work was done) it was significantly more than the quote. On some line items it had the tax included, however, they made it seem taxes were included in the quote only to find out that was not that case. This is how they make it seem that they're less than competitors. Here is where the real problems begin. Day of demo the team arrives and are extremely quick about tearing our roof off. However their speed caused A LOT OF DAMAGE. When they tore off the fascia it ripped the underside of the exterior under hangs. See pics. In addition they left significant gaps from the fascia they replaced which is an invitation for bugs and small animals to get inside. An issue we didn't have before. On demo day I watched them cause this damage and although we were told we would have a project manager onsite during the reroof this was not true. The PM was 90% of the time NOT on site. In addition when he came and had the fascia boards they were a cream color. They were supposed to be white. To my face this man lied to me and said they don't come in white. I rushed and got my paint sprayer while my husband ran and got white exterior paint. We quickly got the fascia boards painted and thankfully it was a clear sunny day so it was dried in time for the crew to put up. We also noticed when the roof was off that some of the boards framing our roof were rotted. I asked a crew member as the PM wasn't there if they were going to replace them and they told me yes. Another lie. As they started putting the plywood on, my husband and I noticed the rotted wood was still there and that they "sister-boarded" a new piece of cut wood. I had to call the manager Courtney to come as at this point, my confidence in the crew was gone. They left broken screens and a bunch of nails and screws all around our property. In addition to garbage from the roof packaging. Lastly the PM never came when the work was done to identify areas that needed to be fixed. See pics. We had to call J&J to get someone out and look at all the poor workmanship their crew left. Then they tried to make it seem like it was like that before but it was obvious the damage was caused by their crew. I regret choosing J&J and do not recommend.

With the $1,000 savings we were able to get the upgraded roof option that received fantastic reviews online. Working with Courtney at the office to get us scheduled was a breeze. She asked what color roof we wanted, and since it was difficult to make that decision just by looking a photos, Brandon came back out with a couple of color samples that day so we could see what they looked like up against our house. The J&J crew came out the following Friday morning and completed our roof in ONE DAY. Granted, our roof was probably more simplistic than some others, but we were blown away by how quickly they completed it, and they did a fantastic job. Our new roof looks wonderful! Before they started working, they covered everything that was close to the roof, and they cleaned up impeccably before they left. I was thrilled to have found a woman-owned roofing company that had such fabulous reviews on Yelp, and I'm happy to add one more. I highly recommend J&J Roofing if you need a roof replacement.

We hired Buena…read moreVista to replace the shingles and Edgar mentioned that our roof was in bad shape and really needed to be replaced. The roof was only 10 years old so we opted to just replace the missing shingles. Two months later when it started to rain, we noticed a bad roof leak in our family room. We called Buena Vista and Edgar found that our roof vents were damaged in the wind storm and were leaking. He recommended replacing the whole roof. We filed a claim with our insurance company (Travelers) and they sent out an inspector. To make a long story short, Buena Vista replaced our roof and did an awesome job and Travelers paid for part of the costs. We live the gorge and went with ridge vents and heavy duty shingles. Our neighbor who is a contractor said it was the best roof installation he had ever seen. Buena Vista is the best roofing company in Clark County for the following reasons: 1. Communication: they respond quickly and communicate accurately. 2. Value: they charge a reasonable cost compared to other roofers but their workmanship is top notch. 3. Reliability: they show up to work when they are supposed to. 4. People: their crews, office staff and owners are all super nice and friendly. They genuinely love their work.
