Unfortunately, I found some companies out there that I would not have them do any work for me. In some cases it was like they did not want the work. Some even had as long as a week to two weeks just to get a quote. And would you believe one even wanted to take a portion my roof off, which jacked the price way up. Some of the quotes I received were way off the charts. I was becoming disappointed with what was out there till I contacted ARG. I couldn't believe how they responded so quickly and how fast they got the job done. All I had to do was send them a photo of the work needed and they immediately gave me a quote. Within couple of days the rain gutter was installed. The instillation only took a little over an hour (one 27ft piece with down spout) and it was done. Again, I did my research and as a result I highly recommend this company. They were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They really worked as a team and got the job done right. However, the way this company has handled a clear mistake is extremely disappointing. During installation, their team drilled into the tile on our second-floor balcony and failed to seal the holes. When it rained shortly after, water came through those openings and caused damage to the ceiling in our dining room below. This was entirely preventable and directly tied to the installation. What's more concerning is what happened next. I've spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I've been in contact with their employee (Elizabeth), who acknowledged the issue and repeatedly said it would be taken care of. Despite those assurances, there has been zero follow-through. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. If you're considering this company, just be aware: the install may go well, but if something goes wrong, you may be on your own. I'm still hoping they step up and resolve this properly, but based on my experience so far, I would proceed with caution.

Jeff and his crew installed two new Alumawood patio covers at my home in Carlsbad. The work included demolition of the existing wood covers that another firm quoted a third more in cost to simply replace a few rotten slats and repaint compared to the cost of new Alumawood covers. Jeff came out for the estimate a few days after initially contacting him and the work was completed the next week in two days (Day 1 demolition and Day 2 installation). Jeff and his crew were great! Additionally, greater attention to detail during the permitting process is needed to ensure complete and accurate site information is submitted from the outset. I was genuinely excited when I signed my contract and even recommended the company to friends based on my initial impression. Unfortunately, the lack of communication, delays, and overall project management ultimately led me to cancel the project, which was disappointing. The most frustrating aspect was being charged $630 from my deposit despite the delays stemming from repeated failures to follow the City's clear permitting requirements and instructions. As a customer, it is difficult to justify absorbing those costs when the issues originated from the permitting process rather than from any action on my part
