I want to thank J.E fencing for our new doors! We had our RV fencing in concrete with no access. We also had a door that was damaged on our other side gate. They were very easy to book, reliable, professional, and very informative with our install of a side gate and double doors. They also added a digital key pad to our side door to allow me to control access via phone. Our doors look beautiful and very sturdy! They were informative on how to keep them clean! If you want a reliable, professional, and quality install, I would recommend them for your project! Super happy customer and thankful for their work! read more

Had a vinyl fence installed. Great customer service, communication, pricing and craftsmanship! Will definitely use them again!

I unfortunately used this "company" for fencing. He was extremely unprofessional, was caught in multiple lies, and was deceitful. He is UNLICENSED and pretends as if he is; due to what he originally said and his charges. What was supposed to take a few days ended up taking months and he still never finished all of the work. There are spaces in my panels where you can see the other side and lots of gaps where he didn't have the new fencing go all the way to the ground like my previous fence, so my dogs frequently were getting out of my yard. He left supplies at my house and took them to use on another job before finishing mine. There were countless other unprofessional things I had to deal with, but I don't have time to type out an essay. I would advise everyone to use someone else for their fencing needs. Spend the extra few hundred and hire a licensed, professional company who stands by their installation. Lesson learned by me ‍ Edited to add screenshot of professionalism. I have kept all texts and voicemails about this experience, so I have no need to lie when I have all of the proof. If you're looking for a trustworthy guy, Joe is NOT it. read more

We have used J.E. Fencing twice now. The 1st time was when another fence guy didn't know how to hang gates properly so we got lucky and found J.E on Instagram. They didn't up charge use to fix someone else's mistakes. They just finished a 60 foot run of vinyl fence and gate at a rental we own. They arrived on time and finished the job in one day. Quotes are free and he gets right back to when you contact him. Also loved their "hustle", meaning it was easy to see their willingness to work and do quality work. Ken Oceanside CA read more

November 30th, 2019 Pros: - Free estimates - 7:30am to 1:30pm - very quick Cons: - because it was a free estimate, we got charged an extra $120 because apparently the right footage amount of the fence wasn't known. Lol. Ok. - too quick so a bad job was done. Our old fencing at the same spot (and another side that we had someone else do a few months ago) had 2 screws at the bottom. Aftermath: We noticed the screw thing after they left and charged us extra. So I called back. Joe said that apparently the bottom section doesn't need to have more than 1. Which is funny because some wood planks have 2 lol. ANOTHER (A THIRD) issue is that the fence doesn't connect with another side of our fence. There's a huge gap. Probably about 4 or 5 inches. Not good work. J.E. fencing does not check on their work.. We called back about 15 minutes later. Was told that if the screws ever came off because there was only one put on, that he would just come by and fix it. Sounds reassuring. Regarding the huge 5 inch gap, he said his other guy was supposed to fix it. So he said he'd call the other guy and figure it out. He said he would come soon but just waiting at this point. Half an hour later he called back and said that he needed to go home to his wife for something and is going on a trip for a week and he would be back the next Sunday (8 days from today) and would fix them gap for us. OH and something else. When we talked about the gap. He said he drove by to take a look at it and for some reason didn't think to just stop by and talk about it?? LOL. And he said it looked like it was only 2 inches. LMAO. Really??? I didn't know that you could just figure out the distance from far away. Like I MEASURED IT. It's 5 inches. Believe your customer!!!! read more

Everything started off well until he discovered he didn't have enough material to finish the job. Not My Fault, as he took the Job and should have verified his supplies. Of Course it was everyone else's fault, but the service provider. Nice Guy, but rude and arrogant. Upon completion of the day not the job, he requested payment in full. My first mistake, that I paid him in full. Shame on me. Now to get him to come back and finish the Job was like pulling teeth. Excuse after excuse, I get it family first. But don't make your Clients wait. Especially when I needed the job done, as I was having an event at my home. He didn't seem to care. He was paid already and had no reason to come back. So I contacted the scheduler and he referred me to another installer by The Name Of Abel. He Came out and Finished The Job, right on time for our Family Event. Abel was A Stand Up Guy. Joe was prompt and on it when we needed a small little job done! His words "there is no job to small." Joe got us a bid and in 2 weeks he was in the job! Within a few hours the job was done!! We had Joe and his team replace a big section of our fence. The estimate was quick and easy as well as the rest of the process. There was a one delay due to some unforeseen issues with a different job, but it was good to know he was taking care of his customers. Once they arrived, his team did a great job on the replacement. The fence wasn't this nice when it was installed during the house build. Thanks read more
