I unfortunately used this "company" for fencing. He was extremely unprofessional, was caught in multiple lies, and was deceitful. He is UNLICENSED and pretends as if he is; due to what he originally said and his charges. What was supposed to take a few days ended up taking months and he still never finished all of the work. There are spaces in my panels where you can see the other side and lots of gaps where he didn't have the new fencing go all the way to the ground like my previous fence, so my dogs frequently were getting out of my yard. He left supplies at my house and took them to use on another job before finishing mine. There were countless other unprofessional things I had to deal with, but I don't have time to type out an essay. I would advise everyone to use someone else for their fencing needs. Spend the extra few hundred and hire a licensed, professional company who stands by their installation. Lesson learned by me ‍ Edited to add screenshot of professionalism. November 30th, 2019 Pros: - Free estimates - 7:30am to 1:30pm - very quick Cons: - because it was a free estimate, we got charged an extra $120 because apparently the right footage amount of the fence wasn't known. Lol. Ok. - too quick so a bad job was done. Our old fencing at the same spot (and another side that we had someone else do a few months ago) had 2 screws at the bottom. Aftermath: We noticed the screw thing after they left and charged us extra. So I called back. Joe said that apparently the bottom section doesn't need to have more than 1. Which is funny because some wood planks have 2 lol. ANOTHER (A THIRD) issue is that the fence doesn't connect with another side of our fence. There's a huge gap. Probably about 4 or 5 inches. Not good work. J.E. fencing does not check on their work.. We called back about 15 minutes later. Was told that if the screws ever came off because there was only one put on, that he would just come by and fix it. Sounds reassuring. Regarding the huge 5 inch gap, he said his other guy was supposed to fix it. So he said he'd call the other guy and figure it out. He said he would come soon but just waiting at this point. Half an hour later he called back and said that he needed to go home to his wife for something and is going on a trip for a week and he would be back the next Sunday (8 days from today) and would fix them gap for us. OH and something else. When we talked about the gap. He said he drove by to take a look at it and for some reason didn't think to just stop by and talk about it?? LOL. And he said it looked like it was only 2 inches. LMAO. Really??? I didn't know that you could just figure out the distance from far away. Like I MEASURED IT. It's 5 inches.
