We were extremely excited to have 3T Fence install one fence in our backyard and three gates (one in the backyard, one for our neighbor, and one in the front before our front door). We also had plans to use them again in the future for additional updates. The owner came out to provide a quote and discuss future projects. He was thorough, showed us all the available options, took precise measurements, and answered all of our questions--which we really appreciated. The fence between our neighbor and us was done very well, although they accidentally hit our neighbor's sprinkler line, which caused some flooding. Fortunately, they came back right away to repair it, which was great! Both our fence and our neighbor's, along with the gates, looked phenomenal and still do. The issue we're disappointed about is the gate before our front door. We originally requested a closed/slatted picket gate, but while we were out of town for the weekend, a solid vinyl gate was installed instead. Even though it wasn't what we asked for, we didn't mind the look of it. However, after about two weeks, it stopped latching properly unless the gate was physically lifted about an inch before closing. I emailed the company (since we have a warranty which is also a plus), and they responded quickly with a date and time to fix it. While the latch was fixed--which we're grateful for--the job was done very sloppily. When the worker left, my husband called 3T Fence to report the issue, since the workers are subcontracted. That specific worker called us back and said he would return to fix the appearance, but it's been a couple of months now and nothing has been done. We really do like this company, and the owner was great, but we're disappointed with the final appearance of the front gate--especially since it's the first thing people see when approaching our home. We also feel a bit uncomfortable following up again, since we already have multiple times but we did pay good money for this to be done correctly. The subcontractor was also not very professional, which my husband relayed to whoever answered the phone that day as soon as he left. While we're happy the latch works now, the workmanship is sloppy, and silver screws were used in some spots instead of black ones to match the rest of the hardware. We also came home last week to two screws on the floor... they somehow fell out of the gate and my husband had to put them back in. Mind you, we had this gate installed at the end of November 2024 and redone/fixed in February 2025. read more

We got a new vinyl fence at another property this past week. 105 feet of clean fence. Good riddance to the wood fence which was in horrible condition. Nate came out to do the estimates for me and two neighbors. He was very efficient with my time. Once again the price of 3T Fence is probably the most reasonable of the local companies. Our two neighbors who share the property line were very happy to pay their respective 50% bills. I have to give props to the crew who showed up early on the scheduled work date and got things prepped quickly before the rest of the guys got there. On the first day, in extreme heat they completed nearly 80 feet of posts and privacy fencing. The remainder was done the following morning and they worked to early afternoon until it was 100% done, they had cleaned up and I had a chance to walk the fence and inspect it before paying our share of the bill. read more

We had a really frustrating experience here. Just a heads up for anyone considering this place: 1. Wrong items and refund issues - We were sold posts and caps we didn't want. When we tried to get a refund, the employee didn't know how to process it correctly. It took almost an hour, and the refund still didn't add up. 2. Boards were cut because they were out of stock - The warehouse didn't have the correct board sizes, so they opened packages and cut them down themselves. 3. Missing boards and no accountability - After building our fence, we were missing 4 boards. When I went back, the employee blamed it on us placing the posts too close--but that doesn't make sense. All sections had the same spacing, and if that were the issue, we'd be missing 9 boards (we bought 9 sections), not just 4. Clearly, it was a mistake when they cut the boards. P.S. When we first came in for an estimate about 2 months ago, the guy who helped us was super knowledgeable. Our wooden fence (22 years old) started pulling part and deteriorating in a few places. I found 3T Fence on yelp and decided to give them a try. Scheduling the estimate was quick and very easy and thankfully we only needed 3 panels replaced. It took a few weeks to get us on the schedule and I had a few questions before the install so I called and asked and the person (female sorry didn't catch the name) was very helpful. The day of the install the 2 man team that showed up were incredibly professional, tore down the bad parts of the fence, installed the new sections and did an excellent job. This company did our fence but hit a gas line!! It was the scariest day of my life! My kids and I had to run out of the house immediately! I was in a robe as it was in the morning. What kind of company would start a job like this and not call the Gas Company first? After all the emergency personnel got here and everything was cleared, which took hours, we were able to go back into our home. The owner of the company was on vacation when all of this happened and we expected a phone call when he got back or even for him to come by the house and apologize, but nope, neither one of those happened which we found to be very unprofessional! Although they did do a really good job on our fence, I would never recommend this company or any company that doesn't contact the Gas Company first and make sure they know where all the gas lines are.
