Excellent service. I will definitely be using them for all my auto glass needs (which hopefully won't be any time soon again). Had my window shot out about three weeks ago and got Jays number from my window tint guy. Jay was extremely responsive with my request. Ordered the glass right away even during the holidays. He kept me informed the whole time while we waited for the glass to come in (I'm a princess and did not want an after market window so the glass had to come from the Midwest). Even when the glass was held up from the recent storm he made sure to inform me. As soon as the glass was in his shop he came out that day to install. Very thorough cleanup and I dont hear the glass in my door anymore. I am extremely happy with start to finish of his work. Thanks again Jay for doing what you do and keeping customers like me happy. J & S was great! One of the technicians of the company I work for had their work truck broken into so after the company we originally hired was unable to make their appointment, I called J & S. I wish we would have just called them in the first place and saved ourselves the trouble! They were able to schedule me right away and the technician, Sean, arrived at the exact time he told us he would. He was quick, professional and friendly. He even vacuumed out all the broken glass. This is the second time I have used J and S auto glass, and they are awesome. A few years back I had a windshield replaced by a local big name auto glass shop. The front would whistle when I was on the highway. I had the other guys look over my windshield three times and no improvement. Jay came by my office and re-sealed the windshield. Perfect result! He wouldn't charge me a penny and ran away, he only asked for referrals. I then referred several friends to these guys. I took a rock to the windshield last night and called them back. Once again, prompt and friendly service. My windshield was sealed over lunch today and looks great. I have referred many friends and never heard a complaint. Also, the local Porsche dealer uses these guys regularly. High quality and friendly service. Definitely recommend!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I was referred to J & S by Sergio at Jims Auto Body. I phoned J&S and talked to both Jay and Shawn about a passenger vent window needed repairing. I was able to take the car in the next day and to be repaired. Jay did the work and I have to say he is so professional and very nice guy overall. This shop set up was really nice and comfortable, I felt relaxed and offered beverages as his father took time to talk to me on how the office came about, such a nice guy. With a fleet of work trucks and a few personal vehicles my family and I have had to use J and S auto glass more than we would like but thankfully they always make it a quick and painless experience! Typically we use Jay and his customer service and work is always great! This past weekend my wife's car was broken into so we were scrambling to find a door glass for it. I contacted jay but he was out of town so he gave me the number to get in touch with his brother Sean. I contacted Sean first thing Monday morning, he was very helpful right off the get go and said he would start tracking down a piece of glass and get back to me with a lead time and price. I was figuring it would be Tuesday before he could locate a piece of glass and install it. Within 10 minutes he had called me back and said he had could get the glass that day, I gave him my wife's work schedule and he had no problem accommodating us into his schedule that day. His customer service and finished product was second to none. They always have excellent pricing as well! I will continue using and recommending J and S for all my glass needs. read more

I needed my Windshield replaced within 48 hours due to damage. We called three Windshield Glass Companies and all could not help us within that time frame. Needed windshield replaced on vehicle, not sure who to call, you see so many companies out there these days. Checked out some reviews here on yelp & a neighborhood website. Saw some great reviews on J & S Auto Glass, decided to give them a call. Talked to Sean, got him the info he needed to get the correct windshield. Sean was quick to respond and set up appt. Due to work, I needed appt around 400 pm, Sean said no problem. Arrived at 400pm at there shop, and Jay went to work taking care of business. Work was fast & clean. Overall both Sean & Jay were professional when it came to getting the work scheduled to getting the work done. Should I have any auto glass issue's down the road, will go back to these guys. read more

We had two large cracks in our front windshield so we gave J & S Auto Glass Inc a call and Jay was so pleasant and accommodating. They came out to my home the very next morning and installed it so quickly. They even put my fast trak back on the windshield. The prices were beyond reasonable and they were truly the epitome of excellent customer service. My fiance was so impressed that he asked for business cards to hand out to friends in need of this service. Well, I would have loved to give these guys 5 stars, but after calling to schedule my windshield replacement Sean seemed nice and helpful (at the time) he said they could do my car on Monday and told me call my insurance company in the morning and place a claim they will send them the work order (This was Thur night). I did just that but never got return call, so called them to find out Sean said they were now booked and could not take my car! What, I thought you booked the appointment knowing I was going to give my insurance the info. He said sorry, but we got a ton of calls since last night and can't do it. He even got rude when I was asking why and said Listen we can argue all day...what who was arguing I was just surprised how shady this guy was. Guess they save me headache from using their services, if they are that irresponsible and rude before doing a job NEVER would I use them! Other reviewers gave them high stars, but those reviews mention Jay being professional and nice....maybe I should have called Jay! Needless to say DON'T use them and I will tell EVERYONE not to use them!!!!! Thanks J & S I gave my business to another local Auto glass shop that treated me nice and were flexible and accommodating....even when I called back a day later they didn't give my appointment away!
