    Garbage Wings!!! 5 Stars!!

Alright Alright Alright! Where does one start? I'm from Cali and tried to go to another restaurant but that restaurant closed early due to they ran out of food. We stubbed across this gem honestly by mistake. This was one of the BEST mistakes of any of our lives. We ordered what they called Garbage wings which were far from being garbage!! The wings were some of the BEST wings i've came across in a long time. Favorable doesn't give these wings justice!! Everyone in there was extremely welcoming. We met the owners and took pictures with them. They took the time to talk to their customers and get to know what brought us to town. We got to know them as well. It's not often you'll receive this type of hospitality. I personally had to write a review and say if you're ever in Cooperstown, New York please go to this amazing establishment restaurant, you won't regret it. 5 stars all day!!!

Absolutely delicious and wonderful service. Awesome old and new songs playing - feels like a western lol. Wings we're crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. We had the bourbon bbq and there was only a hint of spicy which is perfect for me. The wrap was nice and fresh but I had it without letting and the onion rings were really nicely battered and fried to perfection. Highly recommend - especially since it was nice and quiet on the Monday we went.

Kids menu: sliders and fries for my smaller appetite.

This is a great place for locals and tourists! Julie and Don have been in the restaurant/bar business for quite some time and they are friendly and have a fun establishment. The food is typical American bar and grill food that is predictably decent--they have something for everyone. Our party had burgers and pulled pork sandwiches. All the food was good. And the drinks even better. I had the Jack Frost and it was delicious!

Good food drinks and the band. A very special evening. The owner and waitress were right on top of everything.

There is a bar as well as booth seating but no direction or indication of waiting to be seated or seating yourself. I didn't want to go unnoticed so I sat at the bar. (Most of the tables are past the entry way and bar area). There was a family group, a few couples and a group of guys playing darts off to the side. I sat there for more than five minutes before I was even acknowledged. I know this because I could see the Guinness Countdown to St Patrick's Day (down to the second) from my seat. There were 3 girls behind the bar but one seemed to be doing most of the bar work. As I put on my jacket to leave, I finally had the attention of one of the girls so I decided to take my chances and stick with my dinner plan. She got me a menu and asked for my drink order. There weren't any hard ciders on tap but they did have canned Awestruck (local). I noticed the fried pickle appetizer and asked her about it. She told me they were spears and very popular. I decided to take her recommendation and ordered them, along with a Cooley's Handmade Burger with sautéed mushrooms and swiss cheese. My pickle fries came out first since they were an app and I can tell you two things about them...the portion was huge and they were absolutely the best I've ever had! Not long afterward, my burger arrived and that was really tasty as well. I opted to bring the rest of my pickles home and I can tell you that even the next day, with the help of the air fryer, they were still tasting great! I am so glad I stayed!

Inside there is a nice few of the lake. Service was really great. Because we were there at the start of dinner, we had to wait a bit for the bread, but it was worth the wait. Both the soft roll and the fruity bread were so tasty, and the salty butter spread nicely on them. I had the prime rib, which was tender and flavorful, paired with asparagus and a baked potato. He had a NY strip. Both were perfectly cooked. We were so full and satisfied at the end of the meal that we didn't have room for dessert, but we loved the food so much. It's also pretty reasonably-priced for a nice restaurant. Highly recommend!

She offered to bring out a couple dipping sauces for our fries, and I asked for the bourbon jelly, which she was willing to do. That initial interaction set a great tone. The food itself was very good--both burgers were delicious. Unfortunately, after we placed our order, the service dropped off completely. We waited about an hour for our food, with no check-ins, no water refills, and no acknowledgment of the delay, even though our server walked past our table multiple times. At one point, I had to get up and find someone to talk to. I asked a man near the front for a manager, explained we had been waiting an hour, and pointed out our table. No one ever came over afterward to follow up. We were later told there was a large party, which is understandable--but that's not something customers or servers can control. A simple check-in or acknowledgment would have made a big difference. Instead, we were told we "should have said something," despite no one coming to the table. At the end, we waited again for the check, and when my daughter calmly tried to explain our frustration, the server spoke over her and said, "I'm almost 50--I've been doing this since I was 17," which came across as rude and unprofessional. The food was good, but the lack of communication, attentiveness, and management involvement made this a disappointing experience.
