Brought the car in for tuning,promised a week or two,would call around the eta claimed, and they said they needed more time. A month goes by,I call again, seems like nothing really hasn't been done,tells me he'll have it done next week. This goes on for a few months and after i ask if i should just bring it elsewhere because theyre so busy, they said they'll jump on it. They call me later to tell me that the engine had some abnormal ticking and suspects an issue with the oil pickup,a common issue if you've added a oil pan baffle. Also found some issues with the some lines near the fuel pump that said looked mickey housed and recommended a few other things. Video looked grainy and even suspicious,as ive seen the fuel pump assembly before and it didnt quite look like that and on top of that,the car has been running and driving fine up until that point and just wanted to get it over with. He gives me an estimate to carry out the work and when I pick it up,it balloons to double what was originally promised. On top of that,they didnt even install some of the items that were quoted and still charged me for labor. Fast forward to a year after when I was working on the car, working on a few adjacent items that I was charged for revealed that they didnt even touch the items they were claiming were needed to be remedied. This place is an actual joke of a place! Took them months to do a simple engine swap. Never picks up the phone, you get told its ready every few weeks or so then radio silence. Then its ready again but AGAIN it isnt ready. When they finally delivered the car, it was in worst shape than it was before the engine swap. Nothing tuned, nothing done. These guys put back my radiator and held it in with a zip tide. Absolute garbage job. Missing air filter. Did not install the correct valve covers. One excuse after another. Place is an absolute joke. They are more worried about making ends meet racing their cars. Thats what you get when you trust your dealer to make the connection. This joke of a shop, did not even put my radiator back properly! Held it with zip ties and upon driving the fan hit the radiator and broke the radiator causing me to be stranded on the road! Izzy put 5.3L fuel injectors in my 6.2L engine. Potentially causing irreversible damage. If you don't buy the parts out of his shop that he recommends and you don't actually need. Izzy will go ahead and keep your car for another two weeks and do nothing but make the repairs worse. And then tell you to come pick your car up after he's seemingly caused more problems on purpose. My car is absolutely running worse than before I took it to Izzy's shop. Hack job, no mechanic work done on my car. read more

Wish I'd found/called Izzy and his team earlier. Good humans, pros at what they do, and went above and beyond, made sure I was happy, handed over my car in the best state possible. Took at LS swap 62 Falcon project car (just something to use for daily driving/not racing or anything) to them for a tune after an awful experience and terrible tune/service at Church Automotive. Izzy and the team diagnosed so many new issues and errors and I could see them checking over so many areas to make sure everything was going to be just right. Vacuum leaks, cheap/bad injectors, even a dripping radiator hose. Also picked up that the transmission wasn't plugged in at all! Yes they were more expensive than I'd initially hoped but driving home, was worth every penny. Totally different vehicle to drive - love it. Throughout the day me (and my car) were treated with respect and care with Izzy always available to explain things as they came up. Can't recommend enough. Do not pay Izzy your hard earned money upfront. He will keep pushing your work to the back burner while he plays with his personal toys. His Tuner Tom does a great job. I took my car in during Black Friday 2014 to get a tune after installing bolt-on mods. One of the issues with changing out parts, specifically the headers and cats, is that the check engine light will turn on because of the O2 sensors. After the tune, everything was good. "Oh, what's this, a check engine light." I call and they tell me to bring in my car. I specifically tell Tom (the tuner) to tune it so that the check engine light won't turn back on (O2 sensor problem). He agrees and after about a half hour, he finishes and we go for a quick drive and everything seems good again. "Oh, what's his, a check engine light. Again." I call them, but this time, I can't get in contact with anyone. I've left a message a few times and can't get anyone to call me back. It is the same issue, the O2 sensor. It's been almost a month since I contacted them about it and I"ll try to call them again. The dealership even turned it off, but it came back on. These guys would be great if THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK. izzy, tom and sam really came through and got my TT Camaro where it needed to be. the driveability is amazing as well as the power its putting down, I can only wish I started my build with them because in the end I would had saved so much time and money and parts and pieces that I dont need. Great tuners are hard to find, they build some amazing cars here and are always pushing the edge on brand new ls powered vehicles. They should get an atm inside of this place because your going to want to spend even more once you see the possibilities. read more

So I took in my truck so Izzy can work on it because we made an appointment on Wednesday at 10:30 he said it would be done in two days and never even touch my truck and would not answer my phone calls, after going there every day to see when they're going to work on my truck on the fifth day he calls me to tell me that it's going to cost another $500 more even though he had already told me it wouldn't cost me more than $1000 and that that would be my maximum... So because my truck was in his shop and it was very difficult to get it in there he thought he would make me pay an additional $500.... it's not about the money to me it's more of the fact that he tried to take advantage, I would never recommend his shop to anyone because the least you can do is answer your phone calls and if not return the call... and instead of looking at my truck the first day it was there he waited five days to tell me.. so I wasted my money towing it over towing it back.. it's about the principle.. Took my old Yukon in for a tune I'd been to church's don't waste your money there Tom at Izzy's is the man! I'm sure there are other tuners out there that know their stuff but I don't think you're gonna find a guy that will do what's right for your ride. He flat out told me he could throw more at it but I'd risk tearing up other parts of my drive train and risk destroying a ls7. Bottom line the guy spent three hours tweaking it on the dyno doing several pulls then dialing in the streetability out and around the shop not gonna lie pricy but I am really happy with my truck. If there's a faster 2 dr 4wd Yukon out there I'd like to see it! thank you Tom for an honest effort.
