Wow!! This place is great! Normally I take my car to the dealer but they didn't have time to get me in so I yelped Care Automotive. 1st off I noticed how clean the shop is. You can eat off the floors(I'm kidding). There were 4 mechanics working on different vehicles and they were all focused on what they were doing! Not a bunch of foolishness going on here. They were very nice and they all spoke. Lonnie took the his time with me and I never felt rushed or that my car wasn't important to him. First off I never spend the time to post reviews but I am so happy with the service I received from Eugene and Care Automotive they deserve to be recognized. I've been battling with a check engine light on my 2004 Yukon for close to a year. The indication was that the engine was missing and it turned out to be low compression in two of the cylinders. Nobody I went could or would attempt to repair and the dealer tried to sell me a new engine. When I finally took it to Care Automotive they resolved the problem. I can't rave enough about the mechanics at Care Automotive! If you're looking for honest, reliable mechanics that aren't looking to take your life savings for basic work this is your place! I had taken my car to 4 different mechanics and all of them said I had major transmission issues due to codes coming up when my 07 Nissan Altima engine was read, and the car jolting while I was driving it. When I was driving the issues were intermittent. My car felt like it was about to stall (for those of you who've driven a stick shift) or like it was violently lurching forward at random times. Something told me to try one more place before just giving up and junking my car. I worked primarily with Eugene at CARE Automotive who said they wouldn't charge me for a diagnostic on my car. He called me within 2 hours after I dropped my car off. His words "are you sitting down? It's not your transmission". Long story short, I had worn out seals on some cap in my engine which caused oil to leak down onto my spark plugs which damaged the plugs and consequently caused the intermittent misfiring. It was the reason for all of the transmission and engine (SES) codes that came up when they checked my car. They were able to fix my car that day, do a full inspection, and get my back up and running within 24 hours. The customer service was great and they communicated how long the job would take and if there would be any anticipated delays. They also let me know what maintenance I should anticipate taking care of in the next 3-6 months (since I had let some things go due to believing my car was going to quit on my at any moment). I truly can't thank Eugene and Lonnie enough for their great customer service, transparency in pricing, flexibility in working with my schedule and overall honesty throughout the entire process. I'll gladly be returning for anything requiring mechanical attention on any car. read more

The only repair shop that I go to. My car is always repaired in a good amount of time. Most of the time it's the same day within a few hours or maybe the next. The repair cost are very reasonable and they will not rip you off. Your best alternative to going to the dealer; which we all know will cost u an arm and a leg.
