First time coming here and I brought my 2014 Mustang in for an alignment after installing coil-overs and a bump steer kit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the alignment process and what adjustments were needed for my setup. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to detail. After the alignment, the difference was immediately noticeable. My car feels amazing now--much more stable, well planted on the ground, and the steering response is smoother and more predictable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results and will definitely be coming back for future work. Highly recommend this shop to anyone needing alignment or suspension work. read more

This is my normal general maintenance and suspension repair shop, I am redoing the review in 2025 as I have newer experiences and the shop has gotten better. 1. The suspension repair portion, is a hunter hawk eye alignment machine and it's well calibrated and Marco and his son do a good job using it and the pricing is very fair and service is quick. 2. Mechanical work/ maintenance services they do quite a variety of services in the 2nd bay from brakes to serious repairs and specialize in European cars, Japanese sports cars, and heavily into offload/ overlanding cars. 3. They're one of the few places I recommend for women to go locally, Marco call him to make an appointment and the service is fair and quick and Marco the owner exceptional in fixing electrical and cooling related problems. He fixed my Infinitis and honda s2000 for many wear issues such as sensors and replaced worn & damaged suspension components/ bushings. 4. They're a super busy and professional type shop so I highly recommend scheduling ahead for any work as you may not be able to do things as a walk in. read more

Is Song's closed now? I went Monday and they were closed, called Wednesday, no answer. I always had great service here, when I used to off-road i'd be here often and my off-road rig always drove true afterwards, no hands needed. read more

Marco at Song's alignment is the man! Knowledgeable and efficient. Marco installed a spacer leveling kit on my brand new Tundra. I brought him the kit and he got it installed in a couple of hours. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease when I left the truck with him. The parking lot is a little tight but don't be overwhelmed by it. The install was perfect. Best part was that he aligned it afterwards and it drives perfectly straight! The value of the install and alignment was on point. Found my new go to shop for all my alignment and suspension install needs! I'll eventually be back to have Marco install a full suspension kit. Thanks Marco! read more

Bingo! THIS is the place to go for suspension maintenance and issues. Recommended by another shop, Marco accepted my vintage Thunderbird for a four-wheel alignment, suggested an arrival day and time, and took my car in almost immediately. I got to sit and watch him at work with the laser stuff, and could easily see the quality of his work. Cheap, too! $87? That is a bargin! read more

I came in today to get a 4 wheel alignment. It only took them 30 minutes to complete the job. They were very friendly & efficient. I highly recommend them & would definitely come back. read more

Great I recommend him to everyone honest about everything yes you could go to a cheaper place but quality would be lower. It is hard to get in sometimes but he is in high demand so doesn't bother me if I have to drop off my car and get it later read more

Shout out to songs alignment for taking me in for a alignment right before they closed. I was cutting it close to not making it on time but the team went out of their way to take care of me before my track day. P.s. he even put down wood to assist with getting onto the alignment rack. Came in for one thing And Marco convinced me it was my brakes instead. However when I picked up my car it was worse than when I came In and it was in fact not my brakes. he told me it will get better. Well it didnt get better. I feel scammed and I had to get rid of the car. thanks. dont go in alone ladies. I trusted him because four of my guy friends told me to go to him. They were upset Cause they knew what the problem was and couldn't believe they played me. read more

I had an outstanding experience with the alignment service! From the moment I called, Song was incredibly responsive and addressed all my questions and concerns promptly. He went above and beyond by fitting me in for an alignment close to closing time, which I truly appreciated. I had just installed new tires earlier that day and getting them aligned immediately gave me peace of mind about getting the most value from my new tire investment. The price was $88.00 for my Lexus UX. That's very reasonable! I Highly recommend Song's Alignment for their professionalism and excellent services! Give them a chance!! read more

Honest and fair. Respectful and kind. Total pro! If you need motor vehicle repairs this IS the place to go.

Came here after another alignment place didn't correct my issue. Spoke to Marco and he fixed it, quick and pleasant service. Unlike most places, he took my car for a test drive to see the issue and he cleaned his hands before doing so. So many places don't do this step. Call to make an appointment. Will definitely come back here for all future alignments. read more

Recently got an alignment done on my 2005 4runner at Song's. Overall am very satisfied with the experience. Marco and his teammate got me in quickly and for a very reasonable price. I noticed afterwards that the car pulled a little to the right still but they had me bring it back in and made some adjustments and now it is tracking straight. Marco was very friendly and knowledgeable about suspension and alignments and I will definitely be going back. Thank you! read more

I just had my struts and front lower control arm replaced by my normal mechanic and was recommended an alignment. Through Yelp, I found two places in Hawthorne that had great reviews as well as give a printout of the results (before & after). I'm glad I chose Song's Alignment; they were quick, efficient, and had a competitive alignment price than the first one I went to many years before. They do a quick test drive before and after the alignment. 15~20 mins and $65 later, my car drives smooth as a river! Negative: Parking can be hard to find as the lot is kind of small. But I was lucky enough to find one open spot. read more

Amazing work each and every time. Marco really is the best. He is honest, which can be rare these days. The Infiniti dealership wanted $2200 to do my brakes and fix a side heater hose. Marco did it for under $600. He's fast and reliable. Really knows his stuff! read more

Great place for alignment, but they increased the alignment prices a whopping $30 just recently. A normal sedan used to be $55 now it's $85. Heads up guys read more

Fast service and honesty! Came in for an appointment, the technician greated me and got to work right away. I was there no more than 15 -20 minutes. Best Alignment shop around hands down. Marco is amazing, honest and very skilled in his profession. I've had problems with others shops and I won't go anywhere else after coming here. Prices are extremely fair and the work is superior. My alignment came out above my expectations. Thanks again Marco! read more

Such an easy process and totally reasonable! The other places I called either didn't answer, or wanted to charge by the tire. Seriously! I paid less than all the other places quoted. Call first so he can give you a time to come in. I was in and out in under 30 mins. I received a before and after printout of my alignment. It's also a family owed business, so you're dealing with the owner. My new local go to! read more

MY go-to spot in the South bay for alignments! Marco is the man! We have 2 lifted toyotas and a lowered Honda Accord. He knows how to get them dialed in just how we want with the settings! He is also an awesome mechanic! He replaced the transmission in the Accord and had it up and running in no time. Looking for a reputable Alignment/Mechanic in the southbay? Great service. Very knowledgeable about older suspension systems. I will be back again.

Went in for an alignment and had a great experience with a great price too. Called for a same day appointment on a Monday and they were only like 15 minutes behind, which is amazing for any car maintenance on a Monday! Alignment was done quickly and they actually took the car for a test drive unlike other shops. I know these things sound standard but they seem hard to find. read more

I have a Ford Ranger I replaced my upper control arms looking for a very professional shop to do my alignment I came across songs . The gentleman there took a test drove brought it back not quite sure if it's his son or some younger guy there didn't look very certified in doing alignments he start tingling with the suspension and then he brought the truck out and he said it was all done. let me tell you that I did mention to him all the issues that I had with the alignment of the truck pulling to the right and the camber was off after test driving it myself it was worse than before the $80 I paid was a complete failure I went to a professional shop in signal Hill and they charge me $100 and did more of a professional performance plus job also they recommended a camber kit now my truck is fine. I guess reviews like this help others from losing their hard-working money on a shop that's not doing a complete job that they supposed to or suggest any other parts that they need , who knows maybe he didn't have it in stock as a type of business it look like maybe this review will help him step up to becoming more of an alignment shop that is supposed to be sorry . I did give him two stars for the way that he greeted me. I guess that was it. read more

It's hard to find a great alignment shop these days. Marco has the hawk eye alignment that is a state of the art alignment machine. Huge shoutout to Marco and his team! I looked at many places to get my 2 lower control arms fixed and as well as the brakes. I'm glad I ran into this place.
