Communication was clear and direct and they even showed me the horrible state my breaks and rotors had been. My only complaint was the exspensive cost I had to pay because I used a card for my method of payment. I was qouted $899 however because I didnt have cash I had to pay a processing fee which was a ridiculous amount bringing my total to $932. A person not being told that prior to service is very upsetting to shell out extra money because I didnt pay in cash seems unfair. Please explain to your patrons the difference or give the rates for cash vs card up front as this would help people decide if it is financially doable. Regardless I feel minus the extra fees on my car I will continue to return but will only pay cash .

Ultimately, rather than just go for the rebuild, they both said that the transmission is still surprisingly strong and they recommend not to touch it, but if I do experience a problem, take note of the situation and what I was doing, so they can try to replicate it. The repair bill was far less than the other shop and I don't know how long I would have been without a car. The car gave me trouble after I got it, so I took it back.
