It was really 2 small details that really did it for me 1.) the gentleman who did my acrylic not only noticed my ring finger on my right hand was crooked he filed my nail in a way that made it appear straight. I noticed he noticed he kept filing but I told him it's not your work it's my nail it's crooked he said no I know I'm going to make it look straight without me even asking or having to have the mortified moment of showing him and asking him to do it. It really is the little things am I right ladies and gents! 2.) I wasn't sure about a color the young lady who colored my nails despite my repeated change in mind on color design she patiently helped me find what felt right without making me feel rushed or bad about it all while apologizing for making me feel rushed(even though she totally didn't make me feel that way) I for one do not like to sit at the salon all day which seems to be the case many times so I just appreciated the hustle care and concern to be honest. Would definitely go again!!!! read more

My sister found this nail salon for a group of 7 of us to get manicures and pedicures. She was able to book us all with no issues. When we arrived they were ready for us and didn't mind that we changed our services. They did great work and were very friendly throughout. The salon is clean with soothing music and a lovely scent. I was so hopeful, but this lady filed my toe nails down to the skin and made my pinky toe bleed. When I told her she cut me she gaslit me and told me something was wrong with my nails beforehand (this has never happened to me before). Now you can't touch my pinky toe without pain-- not even a light touch. Worst experience I have ever had, I left without getting color-- this place sucks. Please be smarter than I was and go somewhere else-- I went to Green Ivy nail and spa and they were able to help to fix my nails-- I would trust them with my nails in the future. read more

I do not recommend this salon. I give 2 stars because 2 of the ladies were nice and they got me in first thing when they opened. However, there were several big issues in my visit here on 9/1/22. I couldn't post the whole story so I added it in my pictures. They do not clean their tools properly at all and my manicurist used her dirty finger nails to push my cuticles down. She was super rough with turning my fingers and pushing her nails into my cuticles so much that they are still hurting and my cuticles are completely shredded. I keep putting lotion and oil on them and nothing is helping to keep them hydrated. See pics. She also insisted on doing my cuticles after the dip was already done so my nails immediately had a gap at the bottom and immediately looked a week or 2 grown out. The male working there (manager maybe?) Is rude and they couldn't do the color/chrome combo I chose from their samples because they don't have them labeled. They just gave me the bag of chrome and unicorn dust to choose from and the guy told me they couldn't do the exact one they have cause they don't know ‍ he also told me if I wanted a chrome that they would picky let me try one additional color (in trying to achieve their sample color) or they wouldn't be able to change it. At $15 extra for chrome dust, I opted to just go with a basic color they couldn't mess up since they had no idea how to achieve their own samples. It was way overpriced for this area and for being as basic of a nail salon as it is. I was charged $109 for a regular dip manicure with cuticle clean up and a gel pedicure with callus remover. Any place else I've gone in this area has been closer to $80 to $90 at most. Pictures posted below to show my nails after and pics of my entire experience in more detail if youre interested. My recent service here is the absolute last time I'll patronize this business. I started coming to this shop about 5-6 years ago (back in the days when John used to work there) and have observed such an overall decline. The place is no where near as nice as other shops aesthetically, yet they charge just as much. Pedicure chairs are dated and junky; some work properly and some don't. There is clutter all over the place on the floors (boxes of nail supplies, gems/embellishments, etc., just sitting on the filthy floor behind owners station). Low energy employees who appear lazy and just do the bare minimum but expect tips. The quality of work is no where what it used to be. Suggestion for the owner: sink a few bucks into your shop and give it a nice deep clean. Offer your customers a cold bottle of water, especially when you don't even have working air conditioner. Hire employees that act like they want to be there. You have far too much competition in this valley and there is nothing that sets yourself apart. This has become a bottom-of-the-barrel shop. Definitely won't be returning. Ever. read more

I didn't want to be this person but I just wanted anyone out there to be aware. I also could have done more research but I was out and about and wanted to get my eye brows waxed. Walked into this nail salon and asked if they provided a brow wax service, as most salons do. The woman stated she did. Went back and the first wax strip was more painful than I had remembered and the rest followed. As we neared the end of the service she took a dry cotton ball and wiped my skin off. Assuming she ran out of witch hazel or what not she spoke to someone and came back with a few tissues and began to rub my skin again. I asked her how much the service was and she hesitated and stated $12. I walked out in pain and left her a $3 tip. Once in the car the pain increased. i went here for my first time in asked for french tip it was $70 ok, i got a guy, he was not very talkative i let him be, but he wasn't communicating with me! he basically yelled at me to put my hand back under the light bc i took it out after the light turned off, he kept getting mad at himself when doing my nails & so when he asked if they looked ok i said yes bc i was so done w his attitude, & taking his anger out on me, but the shape was off, & he left white residue nail polish on my fingers & the bottom of my nails were so thick & clumpy!! i fixed them myself but for it was not worth my time nor that price, going to a personal nail tech from now on. never again! Came because of the reviews but I was really put off by the lack of friendliness and sense of rush, despite making an appointment for services over a week in advance. $45 dollars later and nails are tacky, cuticles look terrible, and not at all what I expressed I wanted. I canceled the scheduled pedicure. Another issue is I really didn't like the fact that they give you grief over using a card as payment, argue for cash, and even though Apple Pay is an option, he wouldn't let me use it and insisted on Venmo. What a stressful experience... After we had our massage done, Hubby and i came here for a pedicure. Mind you, between both my Husband and I, we've gone to really great salons, in our area and when we are out of town. Sadly, i can't say this one will be on that list. The place was clean. We had an appt for 12n and we were seated pretty quickly. The lady who was initially prepping the warm water for the pedicure, i thought she was gonna do my feet... but then she moved to the other seat, which will be my husband's . A young man walked up and i guess he was going to do my feet. The interesting thing was i felt initially that he is a beginner because the lady who was doing my Hubby's feet was talking to him (and eventhough it was in another language), it was obvious in her gestures that she was showing him what to do. Another lady came up, and was showing him were the other items were in the cubbies. At this point, i was getting nervous, especially a few minutes in my basic pedicure, i could tell this guy was "practicing" on me. One, he was moving a slow pace, he was barely pushing my cuticles, he was shaky, was barely touching my skin when he was taking off dead skin etc. he massaged my feet and legs i would say 5/10. Lastly, when it was time to paint my nails... i said "french". The manager translated it to him.... At this point, idk why but i knew he didn't know how to do it. Sure enough, the manager was the one who painted my nails while the young man watched and i could tell the manager was coaching or teaching him how to do it. A little advice : it is never ok to practice on customers. Your staff should practice on each other if needed. The price that customers pay these days for a manicure and pedicure are expensive, in these times... Simply put, when i go to a salon, i expect to receive professional service, not someone who's going to be "practicing" on me. read more

Dirty tables, dirty floors, the tools are definitely being used on multiple customers and the files are dirty.
