Our first visit & it was wonderful! We're always a bit cautious when trying a Hamptons restaurant for the first time but our concerns were quickly put to bed. The restaurant is beautiful and clean. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess and our server was down to earth & professional. The menu & specials were exciting because the offerings were distinct & pleasantly unusual from the norm. I was pleased that the bar actually had cocktail onions so that I could get a Gibson Martini & they had my favorite Gin (Botanist)! We had the lamb belly and the spring Italian salad to start, both really good! The carrot purée with the lamb was outstanding! We then had the pan roasted scallops @ the big eye tuna for our main courses. Again, both dishes were delicious and nicely presented. For dessert, we had the flourless chocolate cake & the crème brûlée - the crème brûlée was not fully set unfortunately. Overall it was a really good experience at reasonable prices & we have added Ivy on Main to our "must return" list!! read more

This is a new restaurant with excellent food. We had the Italian salad which is big enough to share, then we had a scallop special appetizer and that was great as well, I had the steak and it melted in my mouth it was so good! For dessert we had pineapple cake with coconut gelato and that was delicious too read more

Started lunch with some cocktails, they were excellent. I had the burger which was delicious, my daughter had the chicken fingers which were unreal good for chicken fingers.. definitely tasted home made rather than frozen from Costco which is what most places seem to be serving. My wife had the chicken sandwich which was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. If you're in town give Ivy a try, you won't regret it. read more

One of the best dining experiences I have had in quite some time. Sat at the bar and had a phenomenal cocktail and 3 items off their price fixe menu. The bartender was friendly, gave great recommendations and was cordial but not overbearing. The chef creations were flavorful, unique and visually appealing without being ostentatious. The decor is fresh and different and the crowd was jovial and respectful. It's less than 24 hours since I've eaten here and I've already told 3 people about it. I'll be back. Soon. read more

Good food and good service. A nice addition to in town dining. Nicely decorated too. Only reason for 4 stars are the bartenders who's "hey dude" shouting volume unfortunately take a near fine dining experience down a notch. Tried this place for the first time Saturday night. Had a reservation which was a good idea because they were full the whole night. The burrata was amazing. Lots of pesto for additional flavor and paired well with peppers, tomatoes and prosciutto. I also highly recommend the oyster Rockefeller as it was the best I ever had. My date had the linguine with clam sauce which was also tasty and filling. My skirt steak was a great size and cooked to a perfect requested medium. Can never go wrong with chimichurri sauce on top. The sugar snap peas was a delicious side as well. Service was also great even with a packed house. I would highly recommend this place. read more

This is an unfair review because we didn't have brunch. The menu is not conducive to brunch as you'd expect. No Salmon No Omelettes No Coffee They need to look around and examine why other restaurants are booked and clearly they're wide open...on a weekend. read more

I must say it's a breath of fresh air to have a new fabulous restaurant on Main Street in Westhampton. I've been here no less than three times already this summer and every time has been better than the last. Ambience is perfect and just what the town needed, and the food is hands-down delicious. We went here in October. While I'm happy to see a stylish new restaurant on Main Street, I will not be having dinner here again. I've never felt more unwelcome in a restaurant. Our server clearly did not want to be there and by the end of the night was downright surly. We had to ask or chase down someone for everything (in some case multiple times). Water, drinks, our meal, it was so bad it was comical. I asked for water three times and still the waitress stood at the bar with her back to the tables she was serving joking and laughing with the other servers. Martinis were served in wine glasses yet wine was served in a mini wine glass. The food as bland and expensive. Our server raced past our table to avoid eye contact. Every time. What a great addition to the Village of Westhampton Beach! The staff was extremely kind and attentive, the chef came out and asked how my meal was. I had the Skirt Steak and it was excellent and cooked to temp perfectly. I just hope they stay open year round. I will become a regular. read more

Food was GREAT!! The food offerings are varied & interesting. I like to try different foods so I had the venison & it was so good. My friends had duck which she said was the best she ever had & my other friend had halibut & it was fresh and cook to perfection. Good choice of wines available. They require a credit card for reservations and I was told that you need a reservation to get in. Cancellation must not be less than 24 hours in advance of the reservation or a charge will be placed on your card. Today is Monday and I am trying too cancel a reservation for Wednesday but no one answers the phone and eventually a bot asks for my access code. It is almost 4PM. I cannot imagine that this restaurant would be closed on a Monday in season. The reason for our cancellation is we went there last night for dinner to check it out before bringing friends. The staff is friendly but service was a little slow. The atmosphere is busy but pleasant. All hard surfaces make for a loud space. As to the food the fish was awful, over cooked but soggy fluke, the chicken was good and the burger was meh. It was a piece of chopped meat on a bun. Did not have any grill marks or flavoring that I could detect. We noticed that most of the plates coming out of the kitchen had burgers on them. I would have given two stars but this thing with no one answering the phone really bothers me because I have a deadline to cancel without penalty. Good thing I started a day early. The penalty is not fair these days. My guest came down with covid which was unexpected. We had the same problem making the reservation, two days to get someone to answer the phone. Would make a lovey cocktail lounge. read more

The atmosphere is casual and lovely. The food however is not very well prepared. Although the appetizers were good, my duck breast was almost inedible. It was tough and gristly! I would recommend to simply have a drink and apps and skip the dinner!!!! read more

My husband and I ate at Ivy on Main for the first time last Saturday night. We really enjoyed it! The ambiance is nice and the service was efficient and friendly. I started with the kale salad which was absolutely delicious (although I had to pick out the pieces of jalapeño) and then had the mussels. They were wonderful. Husband had the lamb burger and fries. Outstanding! Definitely will be back to try more of the menu. read more

I got Rude instead of food. We are long time residents of Westhampton Beach and looked forward to trying this new restaurant. We made a reservation on Wednesday for a Thursday 5:30 meal. When we showed up, they had our phone number but said we didn't make a reservation. Although the restaurant was almost empty, they could only seat us at a high top, not good for a 70's couple. We spoke to the manager Rianna, who made it seem like Ivy's losing our reservation was our fault. read more

Dinner at Ivy was a huge letdown. The location is great, service was relatively attentive (if uneven) and the space is quite lovely. Unfortunately the food is not good. We started with the eggplant crostini, cannelini toast and crudo appetizers. Each was mediocre and uninspired. For my main I had linguini with clams - it was completely flavorless and watery. What's worse, the clams were rubbery and inedible. This was a major disappointment as I chose the dish thinking the "Shinnecock" clams would be ultra fresh. Other entrees at the table - risotto and fluke - received similar complaints. I will not be coming back. read more

WOW!! What an exciting addition to Westhampton Main Street! The small plates were divine- wild mushroom toast, burrata, beet salad! The local fluke melts in your mouth and the drinks were trendy and yummy! And don't get me started on the flan, it was perfect!! read more

Went to dinner on a Friday night with a party of 10 people. The service was quick, and excellent. Everyone said how good their food was. I had the olive tapenade & the linguine with clam sauce. It was really really good. They actually have a fitting amount of pita to tapenade. Between the whole table we tried nearly every app, and many of the entrees, no one had a single complaint, and enjoyed everything. The wine & drinks were really good also. The look and environment of the whole restaurant in general is beautiful. read more

We sat at the bar, the bartenders are extremely friendly, very educated in some unique drinks that we've never seen before. One called a gin fizz made with egg whites. I've never written a negative public review for a restaurant. As a fellow restaurant manager and director (my partner who I was dining with, too) - I have, at times, written a private peer to peer note directly to management if there are egregious service or food issues they'd want to be aware of. The owner was present and didn't care to acknowledge our dissatisfaction with the sub-par food they served, which was the most disappointing aspect of the experience, despite the fact that we left hungry. The Naan appetizer was frozen packaged Naan heated with a cheap tasting oil (the bread was flat, dense and greased) and served with compote butter and olive tapenade. It was a lazy dish. We sent it back and told the server it was underwhelming and did not enjoy it. The shrimp app was excellent. Tiny for the price, but delicious- and the side of asparagus was OK. Under-salted but its hard to mess up asparagus in its peak season. The confit duck noodle dish, however, was inedible. It was drowning in sauce- the ginger was overpowering and the dish was incredibly over-salted. We took a few bites of the duck and left the entire dish on the table. Two different servers came to ask how it was and we shared that it was really disappointing and could barely eat it- and they said sorry and didn't act on it, with an attitude like, "too bad for you." Perhaps they assumed we were looking for something for free because of the Naan- but they treated us like we were annoying, not valued guests they want to make sure leave satiated and happy (Which is typically not hard to do with us). It was the end of the night and the owner sat at his computer doing paperwork with the servers and never acknowledged us. I suppose they are OK with mediocrity and guests leaving dissatisfied. Businesses like this don't survive- skip it for plenty of other options in town with much better food who care about the guest experience. read more

Horrible service. Overpriced drink that supposedly had cucumber vodka but tasted like seltzer water. We asked for a new drink and the bartender refused to make a new one and told us to order wine. For a new restaurant they need to do bartender customer service training and train them how to make proper drinks. read more
