The only time that things got fixed was when I told the credit union not to pay them because we still had many issues they still needed to fix. Not only that, but the rebates that they promised us were total lies. We did not get anywhere near what they promised we would get back on our taxes. They left damaged cement, a broken outdoor light, and some gutter that they removed and didn't replace. I have reported them to the BBB but they don't respond. I review them honestly wherever I can. I have texted our sales rep. No one will ever respond. I am looking into reporting them to the local department of licensing. DO NOT do business with this company! They also last lots of trash that we are still picking up 9 months later. They are quite expensive and high pressure in sales.
