The initial consultation took almost three weeks to transpire, mainly due to our primary residence being in another state. But they were more than accommodating to our hectic schedule, which even included their salesman being willing to meet with my husband at 6:00 in the morning! The options they brought to the table were endless and rather inspiring. After a handful of choices, we decided on all new Pella windows, Hardie and steel siding, stone accents and some really good looking raingutter. They even ended up blowing in new insulation in a number of exterior walls. All the installers were amazing to work with and it was very comforting to know we could trust them with access to our home while we were away. We did experience some material delays during the process, but we regularly face supply issues in our own business and realize this was not a reflection of their company but rather the current state of our economy. The transformation took just over six weeks to complete. Because we could only revisit the project twice during construction, they would regularly send pictures and videos of their progress. Their attention to detail and concern for our home was so very much appreciated. They were prompt, answered all my questions quickly, and made it a seamless process from start to finish. Their project manager Anthony stopped by a couple days after the water damage happened and got everything into motion immediately. Not even exaggerating, 15-20 minutes after he left I had someone checking my house for asbestos before the demo, and the next morning the demo crew was there. They worked directly with my insurance to get everything taken care of. Thank you so much for such a seamless process!

Epic Restoration charged us $1,884.71 to demolish or "mitigate" 9 sq ft of our bathroom…read more There was no rebuild. No documentation. No accountability. Just a vague invoice and a threat to increase the amount if we didn't pay immediately. We hired them expecting restoration -- their website says they handle both mitigation and reconstruction. After demolition, they suddenly claimed they don't do reconstruction at all. When we questioned the charges and asked for moisture logs or any kind of justification, they refused and raised the bill. We took them to small claims court. We lost. But that doesn't make what they did right. We ended up paying nearly $2,000 for a torn-up bathroom and had to hire someone else to fix it. Learn from our mistake and hire literally anyone else. Everything in this review reflects our honest opinion and direct experience.

I hired Matias to do work for my basement. He was to hang doors and install baseboards. He is…read moreobviously not experienced. The doors he hung wouldn't shut properly and he wanted to charge me more to fix them. He installed baseboards but did a terrible job touching them up and caulking. He refused to fix them and I just spent over an hour fixing his work and I have more to do. I included pictures of trim work he thought was finished but shows that it is unpainted, not caulked, and/or unpainted spackle. His work is poor at best. Do not recommend.
