We have used them to reroof two of our buildings last year and they were professional, thorough and cleaned up well afterwards. I am uploading only photos of my home this time, per review guidelines. I self-contracted our home for the last 6 months and have knowledge on the subject as I was forced to have several roofers, contractors, and manufacturers inspect Alex's work. Our superintendent even got in touch with Alex's crew directly and they informed him that they knowingly used a bad batch of shingles because they were trying to dry in the home too quickly. It was also evident that the underlayment ice shield was not pulled tight as it should have been, which caused the ripple effect. I will not excuse the framers (as Alex points out) for their part, but the issue with shingles and ice shield were not because of framing. You can see in the images the issues caused by the framing and then you can clearly see rippling as well. The sheathing did not delaminate but did warp, and a good/responsible roofer would call that out instead of knowingly installing bad shingles on a roof you know will have issues. Perhaps Alex has been roofing longer under a different company... but his original license was issued in 2022. I prefer not to communicate this way but as Alex has not replied to a single text message or call, it seems this was the only option to get his attention.

I was so tired of being ghosted by other companies even after they contacted me. Bighorn came out with satellite photo measurements in hand, inspected the roof, and gave me a bid in 48 hours with an itemized contract. Could not recommend them more. Jonathan for the pre-job estimate and Nate for the post job inspection and final job site clean up were the best. Note to some of the bigger companies who acted like they were doing you a favor by just talking to you. Don't bad mouth your competition, not professional. Steve M

Ahmad came to our home to provide a free quote and spent nearly two hours thoroughly inspecting both the roof and the attic. That level of detail immediately set them apart. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us a lot of confidence in their process. We received six different bids, and Master Roofing's was by far the most comprehensive. It was clear that other companies were leaving out items that likely would have shown up later as added costs. With Master Roofing, everything was transparent upfront. Before the project even started, McKay and Kris came out to walk us through the entire process. They were professional, thorough, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect. Throughout the project, Cole (the project manager) was exceptional. His communication was consistent, proactive, and incredibly helpful. We always felt informed and taken care of. The crew was fantastic...friendly, professional, and efficient. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, kept the job site clean each day, and were very respectful of our property. They even finished the project about half a day earlier than expected. After completion, McKay stopped by to personally check everything over and make sure we were satisfied, which really speaks to their level of care and accountability. I highly recommend Master Roofing. Do your homework and get multiple estimates...you'll quickly see why this company stands out.
