No matter how I attempted the DIY repair, eventually the leak would once agsain begin, so frustrating. I'm a tile contractor, waterproof shower pans, balconys, fountains, so I would like to think a simple simon roof leak was a slam dunk. Nope, got to the point where I relented and asked All Star Roofing for their expertise. Shawn provided a quote, start date and potential completion date. And the work was completed ahead of schedule, sweet! He sent one of his crews out, they did the complete rip off, removed old leaky skylights, removed / replaced compromised plywood. Added new drip edge, removed / reattached the gutters. I had and other than stock color shingle on the home (multi-color), and stock grey on the carport. I said just replace the carport ones with the same grey, Shawn would not have nothing of it and installed me the same multi-color as the home. That to me reflects his next level customer care and that he is prideful of the work his company does, start to finish. I waited a bit to write a proper review, to see if all would be leak free It has been a year now and I will now render the verdict. After examining the quality of work Crest Roofing provided replacing my neighbors roof, I contacted them for a quote. I am thankful I did. They provided a quote timely and used an upgraded shingle compared to those used by other contractors. They also coordinated reimbursement from the insurance company, which I appreciated. A crew of 7 people completed the work in one day. They placed plastic sheeting on the ground around the house and did a very nice job cleaning up at the end of the day.
