The service came with a 30 year warranty on materials and workmanship and in my case included the removal and reinstallation of my home's solar panels. Seth and Brennen with R&R Solar did a phenomenal job...actually fixing some wiring that had 1/2 of my panels being useless. They even professionally cleaned my panels for no additional cost and the roof and the solar system both look amazing! I am very glad I talked to Tyler who is responsible for getting the entire process going and following through to its completion!

We own a vacation home in Park City that we've failed to maintain over the years. After receiving…read moremultiple recommendations from others in the area, we contacted Siding Solutions and Construction regarding our home improvements. The initial consultation took almost three weeks to transpire, mainly due to our primary residence being in another state. But they were more than accommodating to our hectic schedule, which even included their salesman being willing to meet with my husband at 6:00 in the morning! The options they brought to the table were endless and rather inspiring. After a handful of choices, we decided on all new Pella windows, Hardie and steel siding, stone accents and some really good looking raingutter. They even ended up blowing in new insulation in a number of exterior walls. All the installers were amazing to work with and it was very comforting to know we could trust them with access to our home while we were away. We did experience some material delays during the process, but we regularly face supply issues in our own business and realize this was not a reflection of their company but rather the current state of our economy. The transformation took just over six weeks to complete. Because we could only revisit the project twice during construction, they would regularly send pictures and videos of their progress. Their attention to detail and concern for our home was so very much appreciated. All in all, we can't say enough about how pleased we are with everything and how highly we would recommend their services. Our hats go off to their entire team!

While we were at it, we did a new ceiling over the back covered patio. Based on the good reviews on KSL.com I called New Image Siding for a quote. The crews showed up on time and the quality of the work was excellent.

Honest? Yes!…read more Legend inspected and confirmed a year ago that our 20 year old roof was in good shape. However our insurance company had begun increasing our premium slightly due to its age, so 6 weeks ago we decided to go ahead and get a new roof. Even though there had been some interaction with Legend a year ago, we got 2 other bids just to compare products and services. In the end we still felt most comfortable with Legend. Five weeks ago Daniel's crew completed the job within 3 days -- performed as promised, within their bid amount, did a fantastic job, and even did a great job of cleaning up. And as a bonus we even got an insurance premium refund! ALLEN V.

Daniel (or Nathaniel?... but I just remember him as "Honest Abe") was very knowledgeable and did great work for a great price. He explained everything that was done and gave me good advice for the future without trying to get more out of the job than was currently needed. Now that's a rarity in my experience so it is much appreciated. It has been a couple months with plenty of rain and snow... several of the storms were crazy and the leak is no more, so I know the problem was properly fixed. I will definitely call Legend Roofing & Construction again for further repairs or construction!

There was a LOT that needed to be fixed on the home and we knew it when we made the purchase. Since we live on the East Coast, we were anxious about finding someone we could trust to make the repairs while we were away. Crown Finish, with Danny Sommers and Austin Sommers, fit the bill perfectly for us. I feel confident that if I gave them blueprints for a home that they could build it, no problem. We had several terrible leaks in the basement and Danny knew just what to do as we categorically removed the leak pathways. Once, when we weren't here, a friend was staying at the house and called and said the bathroom was leaking. I called Austin and On A Saturday he came out and fixed it. The man actually dug the front of the house up looking for the problem. Definitely above and beyond what a consumer could reasonably expect from a contractor! I have never had to worry that they are working me over and making me spend more than I need to for a repair. In fact, it has happened more than once that they've told me a more reasonable way to do something or turned me on to a more economically priced option for fixtures or whatever. They are very trustworthy and send out workers that are polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Crown Finish.

The Crew this…read morecompany contracted out to do the work did a good job for the most part they did leave a bit of a mess in some areas (namely nails from the shingles on the roof). Initially we went with them because they had said that they would make working with the insurance company seamless and extremely easy. They said they would take care of everything. Oh how wrong that statement was. after 1 month of them doing the initial work John West the owner sent a letter to us saying that he had put a lien on our house for non-payment, he then continued to call, text and email my wife demanding that we pay him. come to find out at that time he had not even sent the invoice to our insurance company or supplied them with any photos of the completed work, so they could cut the depreciation check for us to pay him. It then took him another 5 months to finally give the insurance company the needed information for them to send the payment out. After he sent me several emails demanding to know why this was taking so long, I called my insurance company to find out that all of this. When I sent him an email and then later had a conversation with him on the phone pointing out that it had taken so long because he was not suppling them the needed information. He got very irrational, defensive and insistent that he was now the victim of me "Harassing & Bullying him" he then proceeded to threaten me with filing lawsuits against me with his lawyer. Through an email exchange lasting over several hours he would insist that I continued to owe him varying amounts of money(changing with every email). The only type of invoices he would provide me were with, were jpegs of crumbled up pieces of paper that were scribbled and highlighted on barely even able to be read, (not a PDF as is standard with every other business.) The amount of disrespect, frustration and unprofessionalism we experienced while dealing with John can not be overstated or fully comprehended in this review. Many of my neighbors used him and I have not talked with one of them that did not have a bad experience with dealing with him.
