Overall, I had a pretty good experience with RepairALL. My computer went to sleep one day and then…read morenever woke back up. Being short on time, and patience, to figure it out myself I decided to reach out and RepairALL was quick to offer their services. The good - They offered a free diagnostic and there was no wait time for me to bring in my PC. They had friendly and helpful staff. Their building was easy to locate and their fees were reasonable. Areas for improvement - It took a while for them to properly diagnose and repair my PC. Thankfully, I was not in a rush as I was traveling for work and had a backup PC to meet my needs. If one was in a hurry to get their PC back due to having no other options, I could see where a customer might get upset or impatient. I, personally, am not knocking them down on my review for this as it was not an urgent matter for me and I told them so. It's possible the lengthier timeline for me was due to the fact that I told them it was no rush. I would rather them take their time and do it right than a shoddy rush job. Overall, they did a solid job repairing my PC (typing my review from it right now) and really the only thing I'd suggest for improvement is maybe more proactive communication with the customer. I had to call in for status updates until the PC was fixed and ready for pickup at which point they sent me a text to let me know. I think a few more texts just letting the customer what's going on would likely improve the overall customer experience. I would bring my device(s) back to RepairALL since they repaired my PC and were friendly. If they improve on those little things it could easily be a 5-star experience.

I have come here a few times and it's been fine. My daughter and I bought new phones at AT&T. They…read moredidn't have screen protectors so we decided to go next door to buy some and have them put on our phones. The worker seemed nice and worked quickly. BUT what he was watching on the tv was inappropriate for a place of business. I did not catch the first line of the show that was on the TV but the next line (that was repeated several times) was, "I'm gonna eat your a**." Luckily the daughter that was with me is an adult, but that really doesn't matter. I am in a place of business that is not catering to strip joint clients. I am in a business that is catering to people of all ages. It was highly inappropriate to be hearing this on the TV that was accessible to everybody in the store. I will say that when I looked at the TV, everybody was fully clothed, but that is still inexcusable for the type of language that was being said on this particular TV program. I will not be back because I do not want to hear that. What you do in the privacy of your own home is your business but not in a place of business. I will be letting all of my families and friends know not to go there. I am just glad that my younger daughter was not with me. oh, and by the way, the employee apologized for what was on the TV. As if that made it OK.

If I could give this place negative zero stars, I absolutely would. This has been the most…read morefrustrating and disappointing experience I've ever had with a repair shop. Two weeks ago, I paid to have my phone screen fixed here. The SAME DAY I left their shop, my screen started blacking out. I immediately called and reported the issue, and the guy told me to record it if it happened again and bring the phone back in so they could fix it. When I went back, they told me they didn't have the screen in stock and that they would "call me" once they got it. Days went by, my phone kept getting worse, and every time I tried to follow up it was one excuse after another. I was told to come back multiple times, only to find the shop CLOSED during business hours with no answer on the phone. When I finally did get ahold of the owner, instead of helping, he was rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me. I asked for a refund since they clearly couldn't fix the issue, but was told they "don't do refunds." I asked where is their posted sign that says no refund , since every legitimate business is supposed to display it, and was told they "don't need to have one." Basically, they take your money, do a poor job, and leave you stuck. They kept pushing me off, telling me "come back in 3 days," then "come back in 2 weeks," then just flat out ignoring my calls. After all this time, my phone is still not fixed, the money I paid, and I've only been treated with disrespect & rudeness. This place is completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, unreliable, and dishonest. Save yourself the stress and DO NOT trust McHenry Phone Repair with your devices.

It turned out all 4 of my ram sticks went bad at the same time which is about as common as winning the lottery. Josh did a deep dive on the entire system and when it was all said and done I had all new ram sticks and a wonderful new SSD with fresh Windows 11. I couldn't be happier with his work. I live in Ceres and he's in Oakdale, I think that says it all right there. He's more than worth the drive. For anyone on the fence just talk to Josh, he will handle your issue or solve your problem quickly and fairly. A+++

While the boy who took my computer in was very nice, I don't really think he listened much less tried to understand my issue. After looking at the intake form, he had written issues that I had not told him (and weren't my issues)! He said they would run the free diagnostic and get back to me. After a few days, I got a call saying that the hardware checked out but that it was riddled with malware, so they recommended wiping everything clean - saying that it would work like a "brand new computer". The man who called me claimed that the malware on my computer commonly causes freezing. So I agreed to the $100 fee. When I got my computer home, it had the exact same problems! I called to tell them that my computer was not fixed. There was no apology or empathy. I was just told to bring it in and they would run the diagnostic again. I brought it back in, and it worked fine there, but as soon as I got it back home, it had the same problem. Finally, I had a tech from my internet provider come out. The problem was that my computer had set its IP address to the wrong connection type - he changed that, and Voila, everything works fine. I am very frustrated that I took my computer into a supposed expert, but that no one bothered to listen to my problem. If someone who had known what to look for had taken a minute to check my options, I wouldn't have had to loose all of my programs, internet favorites, backed up files, etc... I feel like I was channeled through some automated system set up to make $100 despite addressing the actual problem. I would not recommend this computer repair shop to anyone!
