As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly and polite, communication was exceptional, and pricing is very reasonable, especially given the high quality of service. He communicated with us well (we were on vacation ourselves!) and kept us updated on all of the progress. They were also so sweet with our little kids who were at home. We agreed on a price and scheduled a date/time. On the day of, he showed up early. After explaining the situation, he needed to get a ladder and did not take long to come back with one. He placed the squirrel trap with bait on the second floor in no time. The squirrel smelled the bait and triggered the door shut when it was on top of the cage. Texted Tom that the door was shut and he came out that same evening to reset the trap. Early next morning I texted Tom there was a squirrel in the cage, and he quickly responded that he would come over to it up. Trapper Tom is very personable and explains what he is doing and what will happen. This whole experience was stress free. I will definitely call on him if we need him.
