My girlfriend's mother's laptop was a wreck that I had spent forever trying to fix. It didn't load,…read moreand when it did the internet wasn't working. After weeks of consternation I gave Mid-Atlantic a call and dropped it off to Aaron, who was nothing but courteous and professional. He had given me a price for the diagnostic ($75) and kept me updated with the progress of the laptop, informing me of his next steps in repair as well as his Plans A, B, and C. The laptop is as good as new. Because of our open dialogue I knew he exhausted every logical option and troubleshooted to the best of his ability. I knock on wood that any of our laptops would need any fixing, but I am confident I know where I'm going next time such a thing happens.

I contacted the business online and received a text AND voicemail an hour or so later. When I called back and spoke to Steve, he and I had such a great conversation about computers. He gave me his address and I took the laptop to him. Imagine my surprise to receive a video by text only 20 minutes later, telling me his diagnosis! The hard drive was kaput. He said he could install a new one for me and we discussed some options about buying one. As it turned out, I recalled that I had purchased an extended warranty which would cover a replacement. So he thanked me for my business and said I could pick it up anytime. He gave me the student discount because the laptop actually belongs to my grandson, who is in 5th grade. :D And at $62.50 I am exceptionally happy. I'm telling you, if I ever need any help with all the laptops in our family (which I maintain) I will definitely go to PPCS again!!

Eric quoted me a very fair price and had me return the next week when the part was delivered. After opening my laptop he realized the battery was badly puffed up and may have damaged other components. I really appreciated him keeping in touch and getting my okay to proceed. He only gave the operation a 50:50 chance of success, but it was do-or-die so I told him to go for it...and he succeeded! I got my laptop back in tip-top shape and will hopefully be able to use it for several more years. I've already started referring coworkers!
