That makes unpacking easier because as you empty a box it is out of the way - no need to flatten all of those cardboard boxes. Michael also makes things extremely convenient by dropping them off and picking them up whenever is convenient for you. You don't have to deal with extra cardboard and tape everywhere as you are unpacking. Just one less thing you have to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I was told the truck would be dispatched out of Burnsville and come to our house at time selected. Promises made just to make the sale. When men arrived, we were told they could not move the freezers as they were not defrosted. This was never told pre-move. Freezers were empty however, they did not move them. When given the bill, they had added many fees on that were not discussed pre-move. Moral of story will agree to anything and then not deliver. Movers stepped in mud and cleaned their shoes on carpet that was laid down in the garage. Carpet was completely black. I do not recommend companies easily, but this company goes above and beyond. I just moved from MN to MA, and called Brent. He responded with a quick - "we can do it - let me find a driver" Jim, the Director of Ops did the drive. He is where I say they go above and beyond... On Monday, Jim and the crew had the house emptied in no time and loaded. We did a walk through, and coordinated our schedules. He then told me his itinerary and that he would text me each night. I was leaving Tuesday Morning and we both planned on being in MA on Wednesday evening. It went seamless. I heard from Jim each night, and again Thursday morning as he was headed to the new home with my furniture and goods. Like the loading of the truck, the unloading went just as smooth. In the end, not even a glass was cracked, everything was put where I wanted it, Jim was communicating the whole time, and the final price was within the quote. And we set an appointment for the following day. Chris was supposed to call so I could rent the unit. The following day no phone call at the agreed upon time. I called and no answer. And no call back. I called again late afternoon and spoke to Ryz, she explained to me about the guy who was ahead of me and that it was first come first serve. And that he had rented the unit early that morning. I believe that those things should be said to potential renters. I had to rent the only spot that was left. Which is undesirable and hard to get to. Ryz took very good care of me.
