Although, minus 3 stars for the finance department (Van) and management's handling of our discrepancy from the financing department. We repeatedly said we didn't want GAP coverage. Van still tried to slip a paper in the documents for us to sign accepting GAP coverage. We didn't sign and asked him why that paper was included when we repeatedly said no. He said it was a mistake and he discarded the paperwork. We then asked him if the amount financed needed to be adjusted, which he told us no and that everything was still good. That was a lie, as when we reviewed the paperwork after the fact, there was a $1,000 GAP coverage charge since he did not correct the paperwork. He said he would cut a check to the lienholder for that amount and that he would send email proof on March 2nd. We did not get an email and have not been able to get a hold of him. On March 13th, after repeated unanswered phone calls, I was able to use the text feature on the Evergreen Chevrolet website and discuss with a representative. They let me know that this was concerning and assured me that they would bring this up to management and that someone would contact me. It is now March 18th and still nothing. I do not appreciate the dishonest tactics and rarely write reviews, but I felt this was worth a mention. Please triple check your finance paperwork if you said no to GAP coverage and make sure you didn't get charged.

I'll start off by saying that I rarely leave reviews for anything, so the fact that I am doing so…read moreshould indicate some pretty terrible service. Here's the details: my mom's 1996 Camaro's fuel pump failed, and she had it towed to Evergreen for replacement. The service department returned it to her with a non-working fuel gauge, and she immediately turned around and returned upon noticing, and was advised that it was safe to drive and once she had time for it to be fixed, Evergreen would repair it at cost. It was her only vehicle, so she couldn't be without it any longer. She then passed away a few of weeks later from a stroke; upon returning the car to the dealer immediately after her death, I was advised by Joe that the dealership would cover the cost of the part but not the labor. Figuring that this was perhaps just a service department issue, I escalated the issue to Evergreen's General Manager, Brian, who then informed me that "After discussions with my Fixed Ops manager and Shop foreman, we must convey that we will not be covering the repair expenses. Without evidence that we caused any damage during our initial service, we cannot assist financially." The fuel level sender and pump are removed as a unit from the tank; you literally cannot remove the pump without handling the sender. According to my mother prior to her passing, the gauge worked fine when it was towed, and Evergreen provided NO evidence whatsoever that it was inoperable when they received it. They literally paid their tech to remove the rear axle, drop the fuel tank, diagnose the issue, and reassemble, but NOT replace a $150 part that failed while the vehicle was being worked on. So, now, in the middle of dealing with the grief of the wholly unexpected death of my mother, now I get to spend hours of my time that I already didn't have to do the work that they refused to do. Evergreen management's decision, in my opinion, is beyond petty and childish. Avoid this service department at all costs, ESPECIALLY if you have an older vehicle.

They consistently get my car into the shop within a reasonable timeframe, and just last week they were able to get me in even earlier than expected, and turned around repairs same day. I took the vehicle to two different places before bringing it to Integrity after a recommendation. Integrity spent some time troubleshooting and called me with a quote on the tailgate motor. The price was reasonable and I had them do the work to replace the motor. The following morning, the tailgate failed to close properly. I called Integrity and they had me bring the vehicle in. They discovered some corrosion on a connection, made the repair, and I was able to pick up the vehicle the same day. The tailgate is now working well. I appreciate the professionalism here. They are courteous, take time to understand the issue, asked if I had done any troubleshooting of my own, and are very communicative. I really felt like I had my vehicle in a shop where they cared about making sure the vehicle was functioning correctly. If I need any kind of service or repairs in the future, I will go there first for a quote.

Located in the same complex (actually right next door) to Midas. Smallish shop and the techs will also handle the front office work. I don't mind. Greasy hands but down to earth and seems to know his stuff. Communication is key for these small shops and he explained everything with good detail to me. He gave me the option to replace my spark plugs since I've never done it before and the minivan was like 12 years old. He showed me the spark plugs that he took out and explained his work. Prices were competitive and it seems like they did good work. Time will tell, but so far, we'll be coming back!

During the repair, one of the premium shocks Kim had ordered arrived defective. Instead of hiding the issue or passing the cost on to me, as many shops might, he called me immediately, explained the situation, and took full ownership. To keep the job moving, he installed OEM shocks, reduced the price accordingly, and stood behind the work with a 12‑month warranty on parts and labor. That level of honesty and integrity is rare in auto repair, and it earned my respect. The Miata rides well, no more bottoming out, and for my everyday driving I wouldn't have known the difference between OEM and premium. What matters most is that Kim did exactly what he said he would do, handled a setback the right way, and treated me fairly throughout. Because of that, he's gained me as a repeat customer. I highly recommend Kim's Auto Care.

Disappointing experience here for window tinting. To start, I've had probably 8 cars tinted from a…read morecouple shops, including some family cars I've taken in for tinting so I'm not unfamiliar with what a quality tint job looks like. David's did a decent job in terms of availability, scheduling and a clean (no lint/dirt) install. However, where they could improve is having a standard high quality install. For my install they left a large gap at the top of the windows that were super obvious, something I've never experienced on any other vehicle I've had tinted. I brought my car back to them thinking it may have just been done in error as the gap was also inconsistent on each window. I expressed my concern and showed one of the techs the gaps on both windows and he immediately said it's not good and they'll redo it. Great, we're on the same page. I scheduled another appointment to have the tint redone. On drop off for the redo, I asked Pam at the front desk to confirm they will be able redo and fix the gap. I got an affirmative response. I left and received a call shortly after to again clarify the issue and I explained again that the gap is large and I've never had this on any car before. So redo gets done. I wait the 4 days before rolling down the windows...same big gap, this time it's uneven as well. I give a call to the other shop I used in the past to ask what they do differently and they advised they file the edges on every install so that there is no gap. I call David's back to let them know nothing was improved and advised I contacted the other shop I've used in the past and they file the edges. Now they say that if I wanted that it's $10 more per window, they only do it on higher end cars and they'll also have to charge me to remove the tint to redo it. WTF... If they had been clear on that or even offered the option at the redo appointment , I would have just paid the extra and not waste any more time. They did end up removing the tint and refunding me but it took 3 trips in for this whole process and the reason I chose David's is that they are a local family business and I typically like to support those. I am now going to make the trip back to one of my previous shops to have it done right. What a waste of time!! They did say they were going to do a light clean of my car but all I saw was some poorly applied tire shine that I ended up wiping off so it doesn't sling down the side of my car. Unless you're good with big gaps at the top of your windows or meet their criteria for a luxury car and want to be upcharged for what others do as standard, go elsewhere for your tint.

Took my car to David's last month to ask if they could fix paint chips and remove a piece of tar…read more They looked at it first and said yes they could do it in a exteriordetail with paint correction, but wanted me to bring in the dealer paint pen. So I picked up the paint pen for my VIN from the dealer and scheduled an appointment. Not only did they not get the tar off, but the pen didn't match. And while the pen not matching is not their fault, they didn't bother to call and tell me after the first rock chip repair to see if they should keep going on the remaining 10+ rock chips. So I paid $411 to now have to go have my entire car hood repainted and the tar professionally removed. They might be ok for a wash and wax and vacuum, but I wouldn't trust them for anything else.
