To be transparent the restaurant was never big on customer service and usually has rude females on the register. This is from Utica and Church days and it's clear not much has changed. The bag was stapled closed! I called immediately after delivery and was told to call on Wednesday because the restaurant was closing at 8pm. Drove there because it was only 7:02pm when I called. While en route I ordered two additional grilled shrimp and chips because I gave my order to my sister whose salad order was not included. I get to the restaurant and the representative at the register is telling me that the burger was probably wrong but she knows the salad was in the bag. I disagreed with her! She was wrong and I would like management to review the CCTV with her! I didn't have to scream out my order as I did in their first location, due to the music. My order was ready in 15 mins. Yay! This is the second time I've tried Island burger. The first time I tried the fried Tilapia and the second time I tried the fried chicken strips. I've come to the conclusion that the sauces are the reason why people keep going back to this place.
