Not a professional experience. He arrived for an estimate and after sharing extensive commentary about how I should take care of my hair, he looked at my railing replacement job and said he would get me a quote. I texted a few days later afyer no follow up and got a flippant text that my job would be $40K for just the metal work. As a comparison I had 3 additional companies provide quotes, one was for $5k, one was for $8K, one was for $8,500.... And there was his for $40K! Beyond mind boggling!! Be careful! read more

Extremely unprofessional. We had Isaac come out a few weeks ago about custom railings. He sent over a quote that was definitely on the higher end so we asked for a breakdown of the measurements and install. Gaby responded on the emails twice ignoring the questions being asked. Then Isaac calls finally and when I let him know it's been weeks and we haven't been able to get an answer, he gaslit me saying I have his cell # and should have just called him. I'm emailing with your main email address and your staff is correspoding with me.... why would I need to call you? Your staff should be able to handle answering basic questions or getting answers from you. Even calling wasn't a valid option as you got mad we asked for a breakdown of the measurements for the materials and you said "oh, well. I didn't actually measure. This is my price and I estimated from the photos I took... " That's not a valid answer to a $18k quote for two indoor handrails. You then got even more upset and said "listen, I can't do this for you. As beautiful as you are honey I have to pass." Inappropriate and rude!! Very glad we saw his red flags now vs. working with him. I do NOT recommend. Such a waste of time. read more

We hired Issac to fix a broken latch on our front gate. He was quick to respond, very nice to communicate with and the work was good. Him and his team were available quickly, and once they arrived they finished the work in about an hour. Overall I did think it was crazy expensive but it was such a small job and no one else would even entertain swinging by, and we're so glad to have it done. The only thing is that the work was completed about 6 months ago and with all the rain this year the latch is already starting to rust a tiny bit. I don't think it will be an issue but we'll see! read more

I highly recommend this business. I contacted them to have security bars installed on my windows after my house was burglarized. Isaac responded promptly and came to see my place. I had done some research and their prices are competitive. What stood out to me right away was Isaac's compassion and understanding. I was still quite shaken up over the burglary and he understood the urgency in getting the bars installed. Once I approved the design and work, Isaac came out for a second visit to take measurements. Neither visit was charged. He's honest and only provides estimates once he knows the design and scope of work. He kept me posted throughout the process in terms of when the bars were expected to arrive and when he and his crew would arrive for installation. The security bars were installed in a little under 2 weeks. He came the day of installation with 2 workers, introduced me to them so I felt comfortable. One of the guys was Jaime. He and his partner were professional and did an excellent job. I was so relieved when the bars were finished. Everything -- from the first point of contact until the installation -- was perfect. I needed a security gate that was opaque, tall, sturdy, able to withstand a lot of abuse, and not able to be climbed over.
