The project was completed quickly and at the quoted price. Although this was not the lowest quote we received, Dmitrii's honesty during the consultation phase helped earn our trust. (He accurately flagged that one idea we had in mind for our project--adding stucco over existing cinderblocks--should first be evaluated by a masonry expert. He was right: we consulted a masonry expert who confirmed that the stucco would not have lasted long on that surface, and it would've been a waste of money. Other fence companies were willing to do the stucco work and didn't alert us to the need for a masonry expert.) We will be coming back to HandyMaestro for our future fence projects.

The fence was installed over the course of three days, and the crew was professional, hardworking, and paid attention to the details throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was how clean they left everything. They power washed the surrounding concrete and driveway after the installation, which was such a nice finishing touch and made the whole area look brand new. The fence itself looks fantastic -- the white vinyl really brightens up the yard while giving us the privacy we wanted. The gates are also sturdy and well-built.

I decided to find a few vendors to install automatic gates for me, and I knew I wanted aluminum because it is much lighter and requires far less maintenance. I always have my assistant contact at least three vendors to compare pricing and to get a sense of whether they are truly knowledgeable. My assistant found two of the vendors and I gave her the information for IRON MEN gates to schedule the appointment. From the moment Elad came out on day one, I was extremely impressed. He has a genuine, down-to-earth personality, and he was serious, professional and clearly knowledgeable about every aspect of the project - exactly what I wanted to accomplish with my gate. The other vendors were much more focused on sales and pitching, rather than taking the time during the initial walkthrough to thoroughly review what I wanted. Elad's proposal was also significantly better in quality and detail. The turnaround time was fast, and it included clear drawings and detailed information about what would be done--something I had not seen from any other vendor I've hired for work around my house. At that point, I knew I wanted to move forward with them. There was some negotiation on pricing, but ultimately I felt the final cost was absolutely worth it. Once I signed the proposal, everything went into motion immediately. They ordered the materials and maintained strong communication throughout the entire process. Elad responded quickly whenever I reached out, and when questions or concern came up, he always had solutions and worked with me. I also had several change orders. They were very patient and accommodating, and importantly, they handled my requests without delaying the completion date by an additional month (which is common with many vendors). They were able to schedule everything effectively and still complete my gates with minimal delays. Every team member who came out -- electrician, the two smooth stucco pillars crew, and the aluminum gate installation team -- was professional, polite, and respectful. Construction projects are stressful by nature, but they were genuinely the easiest vendor I have ever worked with. The best part is that my aluminum gates look incredible. Everyone who passes by my home has commented on how good they look. I have only left a few reviews in my lifetime, and I rarely do unless a vendor truly exceeds expectations. I am very particular and somewhat of a perfectionist, so it was not easy for me to find someone I considered exceptional --but this was absolutely one of those cases. Elad listened carefully to what I wanted to create and brought it to life. They completely out-shined, out-performed, and out-classed them all. I am a very happy customer and will definitely be a returning customer!!!

The installation took 3 days with minimal disruptions to our business operation and minimal cutting in our parking lot. The prior homeowner had a bent pipe for a handrail on our front staircase that was inappropriate, too low at the top and left everyone curious about the character who installed it. Points for low budget and creativity, but not classy or a match for a historical home. I asked KSIW to give us a black handrail that had square posts and a flat handrail. I trusted them to create it and was pleasantly surprised with the results. We love Francisco who installed the railing. He was super neat and clean, efficient and filled the stucco hole in my home left behind when the old railing was removed. (I told him I would touch it up with paint and not to worry.) They have sister companies who they work with so you never know who is showing up. We hired socal, win company gave us the invoice and gates express showed up.socal garage and gate (CSLB 1081161) and Gates Express (CSLB 1081161). They are all family. First they installed a gate motor that is over 10 years old without disclosing it's refurbished. He said that we didn't ask, and they sell only refurbished. This is not disclosed anywhere and was not on the invoice. It's not even been 2 months and it's been non stop problems. The gate won't open, it'll open and shut again, it opens extremely slowly. We've had to call every other day or every week. David (Dudi) and Nick are not trustworthy. They say they offer solutions and will fix it but nothing is ever truly fixed. They say that it can take months before the gate will "learn" how to work properly. I don't have months and the average consumer does not want to call every day for a problem. Another solution was just to "ignore it" taking a minute to open. Then they started giving me attitude and accusing me of lying. Dudi offered a free (again refurbished) motor if we installed a 120v outlet outside and today denied he ever said that. Also when they installed the power line running to the garage was buried extremely shallow causing n multiple safety issues for exposure to elements, animals or trip risk. Further the gate can just be pushed open at any time. They said I should've asked for a locking mechanism I would need to pay extra. THEY NEVER SAID I NEEDED ONE! isn't it implied that the gate would not be easily pushed open? They did not present is a lawful CSLB contract. The list goes on and on. Before you hire a company look up it's numbers and research other affiliations. Do not choose this company. At this point I want it gone and a refund. I don't trust them, I don't feel comfortable with them coming to my home. They refused.
