To start with, the hours listed above are wrong. The store hours are 10am to 3pm daily and 11am to 3pm on Saturday. I took my watch to have the battery replaced and I regret going there. I should have known the type of place this is by the clock in the front window that was displaying the wrong time. That should have been my first clue. I went in and the guy was working at a desk at the back of the store. He asked what I wanted and I told him I needed to have the battery replaced. He got up and even before seeing what type of watch I had, he said it would be !9 dollars plus tax. I told him that was twice what I paid elsewhere a year ago, but he said that was the price. Since I was there I went ahead and handed him the watch and told him OK. While I was waiting for him to replace the battery, I notice a sign on the front display case that said watch batteries from $8 to $11. I mentioned that to him, but he said those were for different batteries than mine. While I waited I noticed how dirty the place was. The carpet appeared that it had not been cleaned in years and there was trash all over the floor, paper scraps and food wrappers. It was also hot inside the store. It was over 90 degrees outside and he did not have the a/c on at all. He finished replacing the battery and I paid him, but I will never be back to this place. I took a Michael kors, mother of pearl, water resistant watch in for new battery, he replaced it in a timely fashion and told me what I owed him. I saw an interesting container of water and asked what is was used for and he said to test watches after battery replacement to make sure they sealed correctly and it was still water resistant. I asked why he didn't test mine. he looked at me like I was crazy then dunked the watch still holding on to it and immediately pulled it out, not letting it sink to the bottom. he said it was fine. the next day after a shower I noticed the watch had water in it. I took it back and he said there was nothing he could do because the battery was replaced in my water resistant watch at my own risk. he finally agreed to see about drying it out but said he was not responsible for it and wouldn't look at it again. of course the next day it filled up with water. he was unfazed, uncaring and had absolutely no customer service abilitie. read more

I previously purchased batteries for two watches from them. A couple of years later both batteries conked out. I took in the watches and both batteries were still under warranty. Both batteries were promptly replaced at no charge. Nice service. read more

Extremely bad customer service. Place looks really bad and dirty. Was looking to get watch bracelets readjusted but he would charge extra for every readjustment. Went to a better watch repairer and received a better service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

This place is brutally unprofessional. My boyfriend brought his watch in to have the clasp repaired in late August. The employee advised he would call when he had an update, or when the repair was completed. Fast forward 3 weeks and we hadn't heard a peep from him. No calls, no e-mails, no updates whatsoever. We reach out, and he says he's still looking for a part, and would give us an update. It's October 3rd, and we finally have the watch back, but still not fixed. I took a my watch for a new battery and to repair a link. While he finished repairing the link he says he put glue on it. A few days pass and the same link broke again. Won't go there again. The big chubby dude is rude and has no customer service skills at all. When you go in for a battery or repair its like you are bothering him. I doubt this chubby dude anything about watch repair. read more

Service was prompt and associate was nice, but the watch pin I bought ($4) broke less than 3 days later! I had previously lost a watch pin when catching my watch on something, but I doubt the other one failed at the same time as well, so it had to be this new one. Anyways, I saved time and money going out there again by just buying a set of 2 strong watch pins for $4 on Amazon and refitting it myself. read more

Have gone here for a while and won't anymore! Went in for a broken pin, guy replaced a large pin with 2 smaller ones! Paid $3.25. When I took the watch off that night it fell apart with 2 pins! Also batteries must be old as they don't even last a year! Don't waste your money!!!! read more

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience! Carlos, the owner, has no customer service skills whatsoever. Damaged watch while repairing it and felt no need to take responsibility for the damage caused. Carlos said I should be glad they fixed the issue it was brought in for. Watch was keeping time just fine before they touched it, and now it is totally messed up and no longer accurate (repair was not related to time keeping). This is an Atomic watch that is radio controlled by satellites for keeping accurate time. Carlos said all I had to do was set it and it would be fine. Which, if he knew what he was doing, he would know you don't set an Atomic watch, another reason NOT to USE them for any repair work, he is clueless. Carlos was not interested in solving the problem and making a customer happy with his service, all he wanted to do was argue how they fixed what it was brought in for and I should be happy with that. Carlos wouldn't accept responsibility for the damage he caused to a very expensive watch, which a reasonable and reputable businessman would do. Needless to say, I WILL NOT use them ever again, plus everyone I know will hear about them. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!! read more

a couple of years ago i took in a seiko for battery replacement. the clerk pulled the watch stem out completely from the watch and it fell to the floor. she could not then find it and offered me a discount price on the replacement battery for a watch which now has been destroyed and useless. last week my wife took in a raymond weil (expensive) for battery replacement. afterward, the watch stopped working. i took it in for repair and was informed someone had installed a battery which was too large and crushed the internal mechanism. cost of repair 160.00. that makes two watches of mine destroyed by these morons. no offer from them for reimbursement. that's about as poor as it gets for one to try to run a business. i would not go there if i were you. i learned my lesson the hard way. ron b. read more
