It's refreshing, especially after dealing with the "geniuses" at Apple where it seems as though the solution to every problem is a new iPhone. I refused to believe a hairline 1/8 inch crack in screen doomed me to spend 1/2 a paycheck on a new phone. A co-worker told be to come to "uBreakiFix" when my tpuch screen was not responding. Apple insisted that it was a "motherboard issue" that reqd a new phone. uBreakiFix wasn't surprised to hear the "genius'" take. After trying all they could to save me from having to pay them a DIME, uBreakiFix replaced the screen for about $150 (OLED). I came in today, frantic, bc I need my cell to login. I had updated new iOS and my phone was unresponsive afterwards (apparently an issue with many iPhones updating to 16.?). Forced restart didn't work/charge/nothing. I wasn't feeling too optimistic when I dropped it off at 4pm. They ran diagnostics on my 14+ (free) and told me that they'd have it fixed or have an answer for me in 1-1.5 hrs. When I returned it was working like a charm. The county IT dept couldn't do it but these guys/girls did. They said it was a simple fix, appreciated my return business and I walked out...NO CHARGE. It's a scam…read more I literally used them last week to get my screen repaired- now my phone won't work because it seems something is missing - either my SIM card or they didn't use the proper screen to go with an iPhone. I now have to get a new phone thanks to them. What a scam. Can't believe they would do that to their customers. Just go to your provider to fix your screen - this wasn't worth it.

I could hear the compressed air blasting like crazy lol. Less than 5 minutes later they produced some lint and what looked like a tiny splinter of wood. I brought my mac in to be repaired and was told it would take 3-5 days to fix it…read more After a week went by and I hadn't heard anything from them I called to ask for an update and they said they had to send it out and that it would be another week... they never called to warn me it was going to take longer and I had no choice but to wait since they had already sent my computer away. When I first gave them my computer I asked if they had any loaner one's I could use/rent and they told me they didn't offer them. When I called to check and they told me it would be another week they offered to give me a loaner, I explained I had asked from that at the start and inquired why they didn't extend the offer then they said it was because they aren't good loaners so they just say they don't have them.... I feel like for a company who makes a living repairing people's computers they would be more understanding of the fact that someone cannot go for 2 weeks without a computer.... I ended up having to buy another computer cause I couldn't wait two weeks and then still had the expense of them fixing it. To their credit the computer is back in working order... but they were unable to save any of the data from my computer (it had water damage). Really disappointed by their customer service and lack of communication.

Being the "constant in motion" person I am, I procrastinated on getting that fixed and ended up with a black screen of death from it coming completely separated. We had used Carder previously for my daughter's phone and were left VERY pleased with his services, so I scrambled to find his card and gave him a call. This guy is great! I dropped my phone off, came back about an hour and a half later, and it was ready.
