The staff at the Westminster location is great and makes cleanliness a top priority- which is very important in a sauna environment. Kris was my instructor today for yoga sculpt and she kicked my ass to say the least! This class reminded me why I need to get back into it. Sculpt gives you a lot of cardio while also forcing you to stretch throughout.. you will never leave a class without sweat soaking every inch of your body. Loved finding this studio close to home and will be frequenting often! Plenty of free street parking. Easy to find.

I am a member of Gympass, which I pay $160/month for and this includes access to CorePower. I went to the studio and tried to check in for class but the app would not populate. I explained to the lady at the front that I was a Gympass member and if we could figure out how to check me in so I could attend class. She instead said she wasn't sure how to do that and we could take care of it after class. After class, she started making me a new membership and said she would either have to bill me or start my "free week". She ended up referring me to her manager who also said the same thing. The manager was even more unhelpful, kept calling gympass and class pass, and additionally accused me of showing up last minute to class when I had been there 15 minutes early, My frustration is that I already am paying for my access to be there, I explained to them I was a Gympass member BEFORE entering the class, and If I would have known I couldn't use it and would be billed I would Not have proceeded with the class. I shouldn't need to start a "free week". But instead I feel led on by false pretenses and lack of help.

I love this Yoga studio!…read more It got me into a practice that made me feel so great. I love the fact that it is warm but not overpowering hot like some bikram studios. The instructors are all well trained and caring. They are so kind and thoughtful of your practice. Even if no one else shows up, they will give you a full class and help you work on your positions. The facility is GREAT! Everything you need in the locker room and it makes you feel comfortable. They sell yoga clothes too. Of course some are pretty expensive but most of the time they have sales and you can get some really great stuff. I think this is a really great introduction to yoga in a caring environment. They will help you build your practice. Okay, not a terrible place if you are experienced but oftentimes people get into their own rhythms and have a hard time changing styles. The C2 class is great for intermediate students. I know that some people feel this is a "cheap" or "corporate" way to approach yoga but how is that any different from the yoga classes at gyms. I feel like each Corepower has it's own feel and atmosphere. The teachers are different at each location and that gives a nice variety. But you know the training is pretty consistent. Frankly, I won't argue with a healthful exercise that encourages people who aren't comfortable working out to do something good for their bodies!

They do a good job of keeping the studio clean and neat. My favorite part about Core Power in Broomfield is that at the end of each class they give you a wet rag that has lemon-lavender scent in it to put on your face during Savasana. I love it!!! If you are thinking about trying a yoga class you need to try Core Power. It will be worth your time.

Pure Barre as an exercise modality, as well as this particular studio, are absolutely outstanding…read more I joined eight months ago as a mostly sedentary office drone / occasional weekend warrior. It was the hardest workout I've ever done, and that hasn't changed. What has changed is my strength, stamina and muscle tone. I started seeing gains at three months and it's only gone up from there. At 40 years old, I'm astounded at how far I've come in a short time. And the endorphin boost after catching your breath cannot be beat. It's all thanks to the incredible women who run this ship. Every instructor I've had has been top-notch. They run smooth, professional classes and dole out meaningful praise and helpful form correction. I most often take classes with Lindsay, Ayla, Holly and Abby, though I'd recommend them all. The women at the front desk are wonderfully kind and thoughtful, as well. The class formats bring a lot of variety to barre -- from Classic's resistance and Align's stretching to Define's weightlifting and Empower's cardio. They have frequent, reliable class times throughout each weekday plus weekend mornings. And yes, they charge $15 if you cancel soon before class. For me, that serves as a great way to ensure I choose the gym over the couch. I can honestly say Pure Barre has changed my life and health for the better. I'm so grateful to have found this place.

I get you give your employees the opportunity to go to classes. Yet it is a huge inconvenience when you are trying to reschedule or make the deadline before you have to pay. Kaiut is different from traditional yoga since the method works with the joints instead of the muscles. A lot of the class is done on the floor so it uses gravity to assist the pose. I walk away feeling rejuvenated after every class. This is not to say that the work is easy but the instructors help ensure every pose is done to the best of each person's ability and will modify if needed for people with greater restrictions. It works to improve mobility and help counter the effect our sedentary lifestyle has on our body. The poses are held longer so it's almost meditative. I highly recommend!!!
