Horrible experience at Back to action , carol was my physical therapist, ok at first ,until she decided to do a massage on my knee and leg , was very rough and I was screaming in pain but she wouldn't stop I left in pain and limping , Almost went to the emergency room but because of the pandemic decided not to, Still in extreme pain and limping looking for another place that can help with whatever Carol did to my knee and leg, I would not recommend them read more

I went to AJ with extreme jaw and muscle tightness pain in my upper body. She has been amazing. Completely changed the way I feel in my body and the tightness in my face and how often I have headaches and congestion. She continually seeks ongoing training in her field and is an amazing therapist. Her bedside manner is amazing and I look forward to my appointments with her. I don't know who the other people on here have seen with the negative reviews but That wasn't my experience at all. Definitely go to back to action. read more

After a total knee replacement in Feb-2017, I went to Back To Action for my PT. The team is terrific, from the consult, the staff handling paperwork and appointments, to Travis, my physical therapist. Travis is friendly yet professional; he kept me challenged with very do-able exercises, stretches, gentle muscle manipulation, as well as helping me adapt exercises and stretches for home. I'm so much further than I thought possible thanks to Travis and the team. Owned and run by two equally talented, skilled physical therapy aces, who are sisters, Deb and Brenda, you can be assured you are in good hands. Literally!. Every modality is available to help you with your physical improvement or recovery; hands on, massage and manipulation, electrical stimulation, warm packs, equipment of every variety and a warm water pool, almost unheard of in most facilities. While both Deb and Brenda have advanced degrees and personally work with and on clients the team they have put together was carefully chosen and equally skilled. They know every muscle, tendon, bone and how each connects and operates to give the human body the fluidity, flexability and range of motion that makes us human. Of even greater significance, is that they know how to get you back on your feet and on your way. At one time Deb commented to me, their greatest satisfaction is doing just that, getting their clients back to living. For me, I've been a client off and on for 3 years; going in for job related body mechanics issues on my 68 yr old body and for periodic tune-ups. Be wary of cost. I came in asking for some advice on exercises to help speed up my recovery from knee surgery. I was charged for an ultrasound, manual manipulation, a supply fee (which was a stretchy band....I already had one). I questioned this saying that I didn't need or want the extra stuff but was put through their same process anyways. I got some advice too and the person I talked to was knowledgeable.....but the bill was staggering. read more

Back to Action has a great, caring, and knowledgeable staff. I needed there help as I have had several old injuries and operations. Over the years I have stopped using parts of my body and that has placed a stain on the other parts of my body. I recently hurt my back and after two months I can't get back to where I was. So I called up to set an appointment. I have odd hours and we couldn't make it happen. The receptionist did not give up on me. She placed me on hold and came back and said she will fit me in early as I needed. I saw Deb my first visit and found out she came in early to see me. She saw me on time and she wasn't in a rush to get to the next patient. I really felt she took the time to understand what exactly was going on with me. Aside from the work they do in the office they take the time to show you what you need to be doing at home and during the day as well. The second time I was there I saw Luke. He already knew what was going on as Deb left notes. He checked me and worked with me on my exercises. I have noticed my self feeling better. Not just the pain but overall. Just finished almost 3 months in PT for foot surgery. I had Patrick and I love my results. When I hobbled in 3 months ago, I could barely stand for 60 seconds, let alone walk across the room. I needed physical therapy because of a bike injury to one knee, which twisted pretty badly and damaged the meniscus, and degeneration in my other knee that had been building over the years. I had never been to PT before. They were very friendly and helpful when I made the first appointment. During my first visit, Travis gave my knees a much more thorough examination than even my doctor did, let me know what was wrong, what we needed to do and we got to work. I had weekly appointments (he actually asked me if that was good) and I had daily exercises. In about six weeks, he had me starting to run short distances again and at about two and a half months, I was done. No more daily pain in either knee. I'm able to stand for long periods of time without discomfort. I'm working on building distance running on my 50 year old knees. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more
