Ty created customized workouts (and continues to do so) that are tailored specifically to me and my goals. He starts out with a consultation to go over your BMI, macros, etc to ensure he knows how to make a customized plan thats right for you. I came to him with specific goals and he helped me reach them successfully and feel confident in my workouts and my form. Im tall, so "one stance doesn't fit all" and he taught me that which immensely improved my workouts and my low back and knee pain. I had 4 sessions with her and she sometimes would spend 85 minutes with me which I really appreciated. When I get a hold of someone here, I am told that they are working on it, but am never given a timeline. In December, I learned that the owner of the practice was holding onto my money because they were moving locations and funds were tight. This is just plain wrong.
