I had occasionally sought chiropractic care for sports injuries when I was younger, but everything changed for me when I suffered whiplash from a car accident in my early 30s. Because of the location of the injury, and because I wanted to keep my mobility and remain active, I avoided any thought of surgery. For nearly a decade I switched chiropractors, despairing over the frequency of my visits, and the fact that I hardly ever really had reprieve from a nagging, persistent pain. A referral to Dr. Spallone's office changed all of that. Dr. Spallone and the professionals in his office began to help me turn things around from the very beginning. Dr. Spallone is extremely thorough in attuning his patients' treatment to their individual needs. The physical therapy he provided went well beyond what I was receiving from my medical doctor's office. So much so that I began to refer to him for other health issues. He has also helped advise or treat me for shoe insoles, muscle strains, tendonitis, as well as an autoimmune disease. I have always received the best comprehensive care from his office. I'm grateful every day as I no longer live in pain. I feel better and healthier now in my 50s than I did for nearly a decade after my accident. I refer all my friends, colleagues, and acquaintances suffering back or neck pain to visit his office.

He has a lot of shoulder pain after multiple shoulder surgeries, as well as some low back pain. He is much more active around the house and told me he feels better than he did when he was on a prescription pain medication. Dr. Smith and her staff are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. I should have just found another Dr. but wanted to stick with the family trend. When I called to schedule the appointment, the receptionist was absolutely rude. They only see new clients once a month. Ok, so I scheduled for the 2 hour appointment for new clients. Because of this duration, I took a day off from work. I showed up and the receptionist said that she had tried to reach me to let me know that the Dr. had to meet with an attorney and had to reschedule. First, I understand things change... it's business. If you cannot reach people by phone, send the client an email. Second, my whole experience has been a disaster. I gave the receptionist the benefit of the doubt, that maybe she was having a rough day, but it turns out she is just an awful human. I would not recommend this Chiropractor to anyone, I doubt my family would either. I don't do business with people who waste my time.
