Arcenio arrived swiftly, put a ladder directly on the front of my house, inspected the roof, and proposed that the old dutch gutters could easily be replaced. They cut the rafter tails, added gutters, and completed the project in 3 days. Plywood was also added on top of the decking, which should add some structural stability. Overall I had a great experience with Leon Brothers and am looking forward to seeing how the new roof handles what could be a very wet El Niño winter.

I chose them for 2 major reasons. 1) they were going to deal with the scheduling of the removal and réinstallation of our solar panels. And 2) Shahar was so kind, informative, and honest during our consultation. He was through and kept us updated every step of the way. When our project finally started the crew were so respectful and kind! We found way more damage than we expected which resulted in our quote going up. However, due to Shahar being honest at the consultation we knew this was a possibility so it wasn't super shocking. The crew was great at cleaning up at the end of every day, which we appreciate as we have chickens, ducks, a puppy and cat as well as a child who are outside. When the project was done, there were a few concerns we had, we talk to Shahar and he quickly corrected and had the crew fix the items. Our roof is beautiful and will hopefully last many many years to come. I am thankful we went with Apollo Roofing and Happy Shahar was our project manager.

When Israel came by it felt different. He was a very easy going guy, didn't feel like he was selling me on anything and it was just an easy conversation, then he checked out the roof. His estimate and detail in the estimate was reasonable and quite thorough. When the work started it was done on time on the scheduled date. The workers did their thing, were all good guys doing what they do. No issues. The roof was in pretty bad shape as well, needed some repair as it was very old and Israel and his team just went with the flow. It's a little nuts seeing your roof completely gone after a day or so, then see it get built up to a completely new clean roof is pretty amazing. Israel and his team also put in venting. fixed up ALL the flashing, cleaned up all the existing vent pipes, installed a fan as well. It all went so well, easy and the roof looks great. This was by far the easiest experience I have ever had with a contractor and/or their team. They cleaned up very well and in 4 days or so poof they were gone, almost like they were never there, except for the beautiful new roof. My neighbor also had an issue with her roof and I asked Israel about it and he said give her my number. He fixed her problem in no time, on the fly, and she was very happy about that, especially with the possibility of big storms this winter, she was quite nervous. Thank you Israel and your team for a great experience for this project. People that read this looking for a roof, roof repair or add ons shouldn't hesitate to hire IB Roofing.

(I do recommend home owners track the process and staying engaged throughout to avoid surprises, which we did. I believe this is part of the responsibility of home owners for successful home projects.) Lovett was on-time, sending an extra crew to speed up the process, and left the property cleaned up every day. Jordon, Kyle and Jose Emanuel listen and respond, always reasonable and thoughtful. There was no hard sell either, in fact, the opposite. I'm so pleased and have been recommending them ever since. Bravo to Jordon and this team. It's rare to find a company doing so many things well.

It was easy coordinating with Danny, Ivan and the foreman on site throughout the entire process. From the detailed proposal to final touch-ups with painting, I could tell how much they cared about doing a thorough and quality job. Not only was the perimeter of our house very clean (cleaner than before they started), they also helped clean up the debris that ended up in our garage because of the exposed ceiling which I truly appreciate. Lastly, I did not know this at first, but my neighbor saw a crew member tighten the hinges on our gate (very old) because they noticed it was uneven when they used it to access the side of the house. His attention to detail really stood out. Everything was done cleanly and precisely with excellent finish quality. The house looks night and day better.
