I wish there were more stars to give…read more.... I used Sharplink services to authenticate some documents for Egypt. I had no idea what an authentication was prior to needing this service. The staff was knowledgeable and patiently explained the process to me, as I was nervous about the processing time. With that said, this is what they do and they do it well! Apparently, they have great relationships with the State agencies and Embassies all over the country, and will work to push your documents through. I also used them to obtain my visa which was a breeze, and will be using them to renew my passport in the near future. I highly recommend Sharplink, they are one of the most professional companies I've ever used. Really Great service!

Since April 2020, the US Passport Agency has changed its process and essentially doesn't entertain…read moreexpeditors beyond their own process. Firms like IAG can't get appointments or expedite your applications any different than you can by mailing them in. My experience has been horrific. They've taken days to reply back and you can't get anyone directly on the phone. They never told me the above information about what's changed today and charged my roughly $175 to take what I put together and drop it off a the Passport Office. They provided no confirmation of receipt of my info or no confirmation of when my information was taken to the Passport Agency. When my travel plans moved up, I emailed them to ask for a status and to see how we might expedite things further this past Sunday. Tuesday I heard back from them that there was nothing further to do. They provided an email with a tracking number for the State Department Passport Agency and stated it was dropped off at the Passport Agency on 6/10. Note, my materials were delivered via FedEx on 6/7, why did it take 3 days for passport renewal that I paid to have expedited by them?? Today someone else told me to log onto the Passport Agency with that tracking number to get verify the status (note IAG never told me this was possible). Unfortunately the status online stated it was received on 6/22 by the State Department, not 6/10. Why not tell me the truth or admit an error? I've been unable to get a response from IAG after reaching out today and being forwarded yet again to a voicemail. Do not use this outfit. They are non-responsive, non-professional and essentially misrepresenting what will actually take place.

Like some of the other comments on here, I will attest as a paid customer that Ksenia is indeed…read morevery rude and lazy when it comes to her job. The rudeness has been pretty consistent from the beginning of dealing with this company. Recently, she accused me of being misinformed and calling me a liar when I asked her to clarify a step in her instructions. She yelled at me and told me that I needed to go back and read her initial email. I did. She sent me a screenshot of the altered instructions from a completely different customer, and when I called her out on it, she simply tried to brush it off by calling me Mr. Matt. I asked her for instructions on how to bring our family cat over, knowing that they don't provide services for pets but that she would have information. She did, and she just gave flat-out wrong information, saying that our cat needed a rabies vaccine 10 days before travel. WARNING!!! If you have a cat or dog, it is not that simple. They need a health certificate endorsed by the USDA (costs between $500 and $700). Any vaccines that need to be given need to be given no less than 20 days before departure, and your health certificate appointment needs to be 5 days before travel, which, with the government shutdown, is next to impossible. Plus, the link she provided to the correct website albeit down. Again, because the government is shut down. My wife and I were pretty upset about this and tried to tell her and let her know what her mistake has cost us with regards to a family pet. She usually pushed back and took no responsibility, and said she didn't care about our cat. If you choose to save your dignity, money, and self-respect, you can do all the things they charge you for by yourself, and for much less money. A good example would be the exorbitant amount of money just to schedule an appointment for you. So please don't be taken advantage of like we were.
