I experienced something I rarely experience - perhaps other than a Four Seasons like customer service. I had assumed I needed a new visa to tour China, as my last one I assumed expired and could not find an old passport. I began the process with Oasis Visa Services and it was all straight forward. But when team member Eric Tian called me to follow up he truly pressed me to find my old passport as it is likely I didn't need a new visa. Well I dug around and found it and he was right. He saved me time and money to no immediate benefit to him - as they would be better to have charged me for a new one! This place is awesome!!! We had planned on using them for their Visa pick up service, however we unexpectedly needed them for their copy service first. We arrived to the China Visa Office and did not have a copy of our drivers license. The security guards gave us a card for Oasis China Visa Services, and directed us to their location. Once inside we informed them we needed to make a copy of our drivers license. The charge was $1 per page. We informed them we would be back in a little bit, pending our application was accepted. Once our application was accepted we brought our pink pick up ticket back and went through the process of setting up the pick up with Oasis. It was very simple, you fill out a little form that tells them who they are picking up visas for and where they are mailing them too. You then give them the pink slip and make your payment. They give you copies of everything and tell you what to expect. We asked a few questions and they were confidently answered. Sure enough we received the FedEx confirmation number when we were told we would, and the FedEx envelope arrived on the day we were told it would. Inside was our passports with some information provided by Oasis. Oh, and the passports were also in a little clear passport protector. I highly recommend Oasis China Visa Services for your passport pick up and based on the service we received I think it is safe to say that I would recommend them for their complete visa service if you needed it. I am writing this review to express my disappointment towards Oasis. In particular, I was let go from my position on the first day after I informed well in advance about a genuine emergency ( I received a response at almost 7 PM). Communication is critical in any workplace, and I made sure to inform Eric Tian of my situation with enough time for necessary adjustments to be made. However, the decision to terminate my employment rather than accommodating my situation left me feeling unsupported, yet relieved to know their dynamics beforehand. During the in-person interview, it was evident that no one was interested in conducting the interview as they all debated themselves on who should do it. Despite the language barrier, I could recognize their lack of enthusiasm and through their body language. It is essential for employers to have policies in place that consider unforeseen emergencies and support their employees during such times, especially during a first day given on such short-notice (one day after accepting their job offer). This experience has shown me that Oasis may need to improve its approach to employee relations and handling such situations. Clear and compassionate communication can go a long way in creating a positive and supportive work environment.I hope my feedback encourages a revaluation of how such cases are managed in the future, and that other employees may not have to face a similar situation. read more

I just used Oasis China Visa services to obtain a visa for China. I can only say good things about this agency! They were helpful, responsive, and prompt. They answered questions quickly, reviewed my application and indicated where corrections needed to be made, got it reviewed by the Chinese Consulate promptly, and sent it back via Fed Ex. All this at roughly half the price that I paid last year for another agency that did not return phone calls or Emails, was unresponsive to scheduled appointments, asked for MUCH more information than for needed for my visa, and goofed up at the end requiring that I resend all the information. Do NOT try to go through the Chinese visa application by yourself, unless you consider yourself an adventurer with a high tolerance for both ineptitude and rudeness. And even if, like me, you've done this before, ("a visa? How hard can it be?") it's a new world. A new and unbelievably infuriating world. I may never have been closer to being arrested in my life when I found out that the form on the Chinese website (!!!!!!!!!!!) was the wrong one, and that the website needed to be updated. (For the record, Chinese Visa website, I hate you. No stars!) Just go to Oasis Chinese Visa. Don't feel tempted to go into that godforsaken room downstairs where you will waste many hours of your life and possibly be arrested when you lose your cool. Go to the elevator. Go upstairs. Trust me. The people there are efficient and effective. They're also pretty darn smart, realizing this need and positioning themselves where they have. I have processed two business visas to China from this place, they are super fast, efficient and the customer service is excellent. The prices are very very reasonable.
