I want to start by saying I have been using this company for almost 3 years on a monthly basis. I hardly ever had the same ladies come to the house and If I did I never saw them more than twice. The turnover here is insane. They did a fine job. However, on the last cleaning they stripped the finish on the oil rubbed bronze fixtures in my bathroom. When I went to address the issue via email, text and calls no one will respond or take accountability for the mishap. I have sent numerous texts, calls and emails. It's been almost 2 Months and no one will return my calls or texts or emails. I am 7 months pregnant and don't have the time or energy for this. They left me high and dry with an added expense of having to change out faucets at my own expense since they don't seem to want to own up to their mistakes. This company is unreliable and doesn't take accountability for their actions.

Two days later Alan's wife, Maria, and her crew, Lucy & Milene, spent 7 hours cleaning from top to bottom. Keep in mind that the house had no furniture in it. They cleaned areas we didn't even consider and took pictures before and during the process that they sent to us for our records. They even found and cleaned a ton of dog hair from the dishwasher drain. The master bedroom closet wire shelves had black caked on grime, when they were finished cleaning they looked new again. It was also $20 more than the price we were quoted via text message, but overall they did a good job. My partner spoke with the owner and arranged bi-weekly cleanings at a slightly lower price. We asked that they come every other Thursday in the afternoon. Today, we found out less than 24 hours in advance that they can't come tomorrow afternoon and were told they would be here around 10-11am instead. This is not what we asked for, so we had to cancel. It's also the second time (out of 2) that we have had scheduling issues with this company. The first time we requested a morning cleaning and they said they had to come in the afternoon because we didn't confirm their phone call after already confirming via text message. Some of the other reviews indicate similar problems with scheduling, so we decided to go with another company that can accommodate our needs.

I had them do everything top to bottom; light fixtures, cabinets, windows, floors, walls, everything needed to be cleaned. This company is fantastic! They sent 2 people in the morning, then rotated another 2 people for the afternoon. For the last couple of hours the original team came back in to help finish. The house looked beautiful!
