A guy named Lucas attended to us. I gave him my phone # because I have a lifetime deal on a screen…read morecover for our phones. I gave it to him 3 times and he said it wasn't in the system. I had to call my wife and my daughter to see if the deal was in one of their phone #'s and it wasn't. I told him Ok, try my # again because my wife and my daughter said the deal was in my number. He tried it again and he said it came up and if I had given it to him correctly the first time he would have seen it. I told him I gave it to him the same way each time and he wanted to argue with me that his screen only showed he did my number once. That's because that was the first time he put it in correctly. Then he charged me $8.59 for putting the screen on. I never paid to have them put it on before and he told me they stated charging a fee since this January. That wasn't part of the plan when I bought it a few years ago!!! Don't buy any plans with Best Buy and don't let Lucas try to help. He told another customer he was a manager at chipotle's. I can guess why he isn't anymore!!! Customer Service is the worst I've ever experienced.

We thought we figured it out but they suggested it might actually be the internet provider. When they left the issue came back (not their fault), I contacted them and let them know it came back, the owner said that because they weren't able to resolve the issue he was not going to charge me!
