Gave them two chances to fix it and waited significantly longer than the two week estimate, but after they damaged a very expensive piece I had to take it to a different Michael's to fix as best they could. They caused permanent damage that has now significantly lowered the value. They told me my items would be insured but then they refused to take responsibility.
