Unfortunately, the checkout experience completely ruined this visit. There were only self-checkout registers open and just one employee assisting customers. When one of the registers double-scanned an item, I needed help to fix it. It took nearly 20 minutes to get assistance because the single employee was overwhelmed helping multiple people. I understand staffing challenges happen, but waiting that long just to fix a scanning error is frustrating and unacceptable. If the store is going to rely primarily on self-checkout, there needs to be adequate staff available to assist customers quickly when issues come up. Great products, but the checkout process seriously needs improvement.

I was asked if I needed help right as I walked in and directed to the hockey cards. They said their inventory for hockey is going to grow but honestly I was pretty happy with what I found! I scored a SPX Quinn Hughes jersey cards and some other upper deck base cards that I was looking for! Seriously though the guy who helped me was so kind and a huge part of what made the experience great.
